College seen from my eyes

Likes

The first thing which I did after getting admission in this college was to visit the laboratories of our branch and let me tell you that labs are pretty much great
Other thing I liked is definitely the discipline of our college in terms of academics, through that only our college has maintained a great reputation among other colleges in Gujarat
Then the structure of exam is great we have 3 sessional(internal) exams in our semester which comes after a gap of 4 weeks and after that we have our viva and practical and then the final exam. This structure helps the students to be prepared.

Dislikes

First thing I disliked have to be the infrastructure.. the college was built in the year 1970s and uptil now there is no major change in the infrastructure which is pretty disappointing
Other thing is the 75% attendance rule.. it is must to maintain the attendance above 75 otherwise we may get detained
Another thing is that the focus on extra curricular activities along with academics is very less hence there is not a great environment for extra curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course taken by me is Information technology course which have a great curriculum. We learn most of the skills which are necessary to excel in job market. We get to familiar with concepts like c, c++, java, DSA, DBMS and other networking subjects and development so the courses cover each aspect we need to get the job

Likes

The college provides well educated faculty which is very experienced and knows how to deliver their knowledge
The infrastructure and the college cafeteria area which is very big compared to other colleges
The placements they provide every year for every branch

Dislikes

There are 4 exams in one semester , which makes you study every now and then
It doesn't conducts sports events and fests throughout the year
Faculty and students are more engaged in study works rather than any co curricular activities

The college provides outstanding placements every year , it is one of the best colleges in Gujarat for BTech , the college takes frequent exams every month , you will have 3 internals + 1 external in one single semester The college should make some improvements in engaging students in other activities excluding study works

I like faclties, book providing system and many more
Ddit students are very good and provided study environment is good
I like here education system and exam system

Dislikes

I disliked heres infrastucture. Infrastructure is very bad
Here fee is very high but provided facelites are low
I disliked here campus because is very poor

A viewpoint and opinion towards my journey

Likes

Curriculum was well up to date with subjects of less reveleant to the field very limited.
Learning environmemt in the campus where people can be seen discussing on topics and learning together.
Supporting faculty as and when assisstance is required.

Dislikes

Infrastructure can be improved significantly to promote co-curricular activities too in the campus.
Hectic schedule of classes and internals can be relaxed a bit so the student can give time to other things too.
Assignments and submissions though not very pressure some but can be relaxed to lessen the burden.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements int he 4th year when companies start to come for recruitment in the 7th semester. Some of the companies visited this year- hhaExchange, Pirimid, Crest Datasystems Offers made around 130 with an average package of about 5 lakhs. Highest was around 12 lpa. Profile offered SDE. Approximately 80% of the students get placed who sit in placement. Though accurate data needs to be checked. My plans as of now not clear whether to go for masters or placement after the degree.

Laboratory facility with all the requirements & requirements appliances & machineries
Tablet manufacturing machine , tray drier , blending machine
Teacher & teaching techniques is excellent , teachers are well qualified & experience in their field

Dislikes

They don't have desired campus and nature
Pharmacy building is not included in main campus area
Strictly 80% Attendance is required which some time created issue

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester that is last semester if bachelor degree students are eligible for placement application Internal exams & interviews are conducted for it . Various reputed companies (more than 20)visit like Sun pharma , zydus , Amanta ,ect

Likes

Rich Curriculum which is designed by keeping nowadays requirements in the industry.
Placements of the college, there is not a single student who wants to get placed and is not.
Faculties of the college are highly qualified.

Dislikes

One thing where the college lags is in the Campus. there is a small 40 acre campus which college should increase.
Canteen should be expanded, should provide all type of foods.
Washrooms should be maintained properly.

Placement Experience:

College is more famous for its Campus Placements. From 7th Semester students can sit for college placements. In the year of 2023 Total number of students placed- 110 Total number of recruitment offers- 145 Average Package- 8.22 LPA Highest Package- 35 LPA And more than 29 students got a placement above 10 LPA.

Dislikes

Often exams, college hours is high, semester going too fast
Study burden is too much as compared to other colleges
Placements are getting low, Nadiad is small town so there are no more exciting things nearby

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester companies came for campus placement Many companies came here like tcs, infochip, infotech, local companies (2nd and 3rd tier company) Highest package is about 12 LPA and avarage is 3-4 LPA 60% students got placed I want to go in civil services

Environment in college is very competitive and everyone is very dedicated
Facilities are very well educated and experienced
Course is comparatively very good and unlike other colleges

Dislikes

There is no good infrastructure in the college almost like government colleges
Placements is not upto mark and fees is very high
There is no campus life in the college and campus is very poor

Placement Experience:

Placement is not as such good in our chemical department and percentages of students getting placed is around 90% and companies such as nirma,atlu,reliance and my plan is to get placed in such platform and highest package is 8-9 lakh and avg is 5-6 lakh

College has a environment very students are competitive about results
Placements are good and students are motivated to study
All the facilities are very well educated and course is also very sufficient to crack job

Dislikes

Infrastructure of college is also not at point according to fees structure
There is almost no campus life in college and it is also not promoted as well
Course is very big according to the semester span

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college is comparatively good from sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements many companies visit for placements and highest package is of 13 lakh per annum and average is of 5 lpa above 90% students get placements my plan is to get a good job after my completion of degree
