Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Nanotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Biotechnology, or allied subjects from a recognised university.
SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-abled candidates are eligible with a relaxation of 5% (i.e., 50% marks).
Candidates with a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor's degree with at least 75% marks (70% for reserved categories) are also eligible for direct PhD admission.
Candidates with an M.Phil. degree (55% marks) in the relevant subject from a recognised university are also eligible.
