Ans. Yes, Mathematics is a mandatory subject in 10+2 for eligibility. However, it does not matter which stream you are from (Science, Arts, or Commerce) as long as you have Mathematics as one of your subjects and have scored at least 50% aggregate in the best 5 subjects.
Ques. Is the JMI B.Sc CS entrance test conducted only in Delhi, or can I appear from other cities?
Ans. The entrance test for B.Sc (Hons.) Computer Science (Code B65) is conducted at Delhi only. Unlike some other JMI programmes that have exam centres in 7 cities across India, this particular programme's test is held exclusively at the JMI campus/Delhi centres. Plan your travel accordingly.
Ques. What is the difference between the 30 regular seats and 10 self-financed seats?

The difference is only in the fee: regular seats cost Rs. 15,000 per year, while self-financed seats cost Rs. 50,000 per year. Admission to self-financed seats is also based on the entrance test merit list, but these seats are filled after the regular seats are allotted.
