IIFT Delhi placement report 2025 has been released. However, as per the consolidated placement report from IIFT campuses, IIFT Delhi has seen a 100% placement rate with 160 recruiters participating in the placement drive. The average domestic CTC stood at INR 31.30 LPA, while the highest domestic CTC stood at INR 72 LPA for the MBA IB program.
IIFT Delhi has released its Summer Internship Placement report for the 2024-26 batch. The highest International stipend reached INR 6 Lakhs for two months, which was INR 4.5 Lakhs for the previous academic session. The average stipend rose to INR 2.73 lakhs for the two months from INR 2.67 lakhs in the previous academic session. Sales & Marketing, Finance continued to attract the majority of offers.

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree

The fact that the college is associated with ministry of commerce and students get the chance to intern at the institute. This is one of the only colleges which provide opportunity to work at government think thanks and government associated ministry

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible second year onwards for campus placements. Some of the companies that visit the campus include, American Express, Big4, MXV Consulting etc. Highest package is 25LPA . I aim to secure a placement after my course.

The clubs and commites provide ample amount of KT sessions and help us in getting prepared for the summers as well as finals.

Placement Experience:

The Placements scenario is pretty robust and the corporate relations are active throughout the year, Placements begin since November and gets wrapped by December end.The students are given placement assistance and mock interviews are scheduled. Companies like Coca-Cola, P&G,HUL, Accenture Stratergy, Microsoft,TAS, EY, Mckinsey, Deloitte, Eli-lily, Cipla, Titan, ETG,Gail, Olam, Mondlez, HCCB, etc. come for recruitment and the highest salary is offered by ETG 84 Lakhs,the average placement stands at 29,10,000 and mean at 26,86,000. 108 Recruiters visited campus last year and 17+ international offers were made. 100% placement is ensured by the college. I'm planning to have a career in consulting or marketing after my mba degree.

Placements at IIFT are excellent. Placements start from the first trimester. IIFT has 100% placement record. Around 100+ companies visit the campus and 250+ offers are made. 40% of the batch get PPO ie. Pre placement offers The highest package In final placements is 85.4 lakhs, the highest domestic CTC is 76.5 lakhs. The average CTC is 29.1 lakhs which is a remarkable increase YoY. and the median CTC is 26.5 lakhs. The top 25% of the batch gets average CTC of 46.5 lakhs. A total of 108 recruits are placed, including over 17 international positions. 22% in sales and marketing, 20% in consulting, 18% in finance, 13% in general management, 10% in product management, 9% in trade and operations, and 8% in IT analytics.

IIFT offers decent academics. For the MBA in International business, the first year is common for all students. After the summer semester, students can choose their specializations. You can choose Trade, Finance, or Marketing.

IIFT has a great placement record. In 2021, IIFT Delhi placements had an average CTC of INR 25.16 LPA. While IIFT Kolkata's average package for 2022 was INR 20 LPA.

To choose a college that is perfect for you, one needs to ponder various questions repeatedly. These questions will help you get a clear idea about what you want from MBA and which college will help you achieve that.

Which area do you want to specialize in?
Are you included towards functional level clarity (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Tech) or granular level clarity (FMCG marketing/Digital e-commerce marketing/Sales or Product Management/Project Management or General Management)

If the answer to it is yes, then analyze the reports of these institutes to find where each one of them stands. Looking at average CTC is not the right way and is in fact misleading.

Other things you should consider before choosing a B School are

The admission procedure and the level of difficulty of entrance exams if these colleges
The practicality and relevance of the curriculum as per the recent industrial trends
The profiles of your batchmates and their diversity The size and brand of the alumni base and the opportunities you will be availing through them
The importance of overall personality grooming

One thing you should keep in mind is that brands are just a stepping stone in your career journey and not the main factor. These institutes have been able to establish the brand name mainly because of where their alumni have reached now. So brands are helpful in the short run only.
