IGNOU CSLC Fees

The CSLC programme at IGNOU has a total programme fee of Rs. 4,500, which includes the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300. A development fee of Rs. 200 is also applicable. Exam fees are charged separately at Rs. 200 per course at the time of TEE form submission. With 2 courses in the programme, the total cost including exam fees comes to approximately Rs. 5,100.

Registration Fee of Rs. 300 is non-refundable under all circumstances.

No refund is admissible after 60 days from the closing date of admissions.

IGNOU CSLC Scholarships 2026

IGNOU students can avail scholarships from multiple government sources. IGNOU's own SC/ST fee waiver (Notification No. 76) applies only to UG programmes and not to certificate courses like CSLC. Students can apply through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).

Ques. I have no prior knowledge of Spanish. Can I still apply for IGNOU CSLC?

Ans. Yes. The CSLC programme is designed for complete beginners. The only requirements are a 10+2 qualification and knowledge of English. The programme starts from the very basics of Spanish grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.

Ques. What level of Spanish will I achieve after completing CSLC?
