The fees i think is so little much high but the job opportunities very good and the scholarship financial assistance are also here that can be accessed easily the scholarship are government and the private scholarship
Faculty is super super friendly and intelligent, they're highly educated and experienced.
Students become eligible for placement from 3 years of college and there are many companies in this college that provide opportunities to students like amazon, tcs, wipro, and many other products-based companies as well as service-based companies also.

Dislikes

Fee structure is so high 1.5 lkh per year and according to fees we are not getting necessary facilities fee increase every year by 10% there are no scholarships and no guidance in college .
Although, the campus life was quite engaging but the fest management was poor. moreover, student interactions were biased to appearances.
Faculties are highly qualified,most of them have done their masters ,but they are not willing to teach in a good manner ,notes are not shared by the teachers , except mahim sharma no professor knows teaching

JIMS was a good college

Likes

The course curriculum was well defined and based on theoretical specifically
Regular Carnivals and programms were organised for students for different departments
Parking spaces was given to students to park there two wheelers

Dislikes

Exit gates were closed for students till 1 PM after the commencement of first lectures
There was no proper sports facilities for the students
There was just a basketball court and a volleyball court for the students and only cricket tournament was organised one a year.

Placements of the college was started in 5th Semester and continued till end of the 6th Semester. Companies like Decathlon, HIVE and other Sales and Marketing companies reached and offered an average salary of ?250,000 P.A as a fresher and the highest was ?600,000 P.A. Very few students were placed through college placements and more numbers of students got placed through their own personal networking.

Boring Life in College

Likes

The college arranges seminars for the students to help them with their academics on different aspects.
We have biometric attendance and very strict timmings
We have retty good faculties in our college

Dislikes

Pretty average infrastructure, unsanitary toilets no proper facilties for student or faculties
Lift doesnt work sometimes and one doesnt even have one…no proper lighting and ventilation in classrooms
Faculties dont really help us with competitions if we even participate in one

I chose this course because i like to design and draw stuff. In college they dont really teach stuff going around in the present..More like things practiced in the past...we are doing rock cut architecture in building contestruction..So yes that old. We just have to do our researchs if we want to anything happening. They should teach more new stuff happening around in this field so know more about it which can help us study the markets and how to earn better. And the class timings are way too much like 9 30 am to 5pm is too much for the brain to handle. Also the exam frequency is doable but the question papers shouldnt be so lengthy could be of lesser marks.

Is MA in English worth it in GGSIPU, Delhi?

Likes

Infrastructure and facilities including lifts and A/C
Teaching faculty are equipped and the syllabus is also vast
Regular events are organised for participation

Dislikes

Stubbornness on 75% attendance and tight schedule
The campus is not at a walking distance from the metro so you need to take an E-rickshaw
New teachers are appointed in the department

Placement Experience:

The placements and seminars for the same are organised within regular intevals so the opportunities are there for sure. There was recently a placement opportunity with Japan wherein they needed students of masters for teaching in Japan. You do get fair opportunities and NET is obviously the preferred option for most of the students of Masters in English.

DME for media Students.

Likes

Proper rules and regulations and strictness for not entering the college premises without I'd cards, bully/ ragging free campus etc
Facilities are available, eco friendly campus, good at organising sports events and fests ( media related fests as well)
Faculty members are good, classes are on time.

Dislikes

Campus is too small, no ground in the college it is far away
Canteen's food is not so good and also expensive

Course Curriculum Overview:

The studio of DME is the centre of attraction, for a couse like journalism a practical experience is very important, and the studio gives that vibe and experience. So rhe studio, amphitheatre, seminar hall and library made me choose the college. Also the factors like nearby metro station and distance between college and metro matters, which is good for a daily basis travelling purpose. As I said about the practical experience is very good here, aslo DME takes students to may media channels and organisations to get the exposure and makes us perfect to face the real time world. Area of improvement is just for canteen and AC related classroom issues in summer.

good teachers and other faculty members are available to help the students
Focus on every child in the college on studies
it offers you an opportunity to participate in sports event

Dislikes

very small campus available and no place to sit in the college
the location of the college is not safe for students
no ac is given in the college and no events are organised

Placement Experience:

students are eligible for placements from 3rd year. there are no big name of companies which visit in this campus for placements. very few students get placements from this college . my plans after getting degree is to do masters.

Overall its a very nice college offering decent clg life interms of extra curicular activities. Annual Fests are Awsm

The best thing about this college is its Campus. Its beautiful and clean.
Faculty is also very good and supportive.
Crowd here is also good. its not like any other affiliated colleges of GGSIPU

Dislikes

Placement is the only thing you will regret. May be they will improve it in future but during 2022-24. students where managing placement cell

Placement Experience:

The Only thing this college is lacking about its placement cells. Students where running the placement cell and some teacher assist them to get opportunities based on their personal connections. But they don't have any particular department which is responsible for providing placement assistance.

Well equipped, labs are there with proper instruments, devices, specimens etc
Best infrastructure, full strength lecture theatres, lifts, library, playgrounds, with beautiful environment of delhi Canttoment.
Best faculty and studies. Many faculties are army officers and retired army officers, having good knowledge

Dislikes

Only fees can be one factor, which is not a big issue as scholarship schemes are there. Also its not that big amount compared to Pvt colleges or foreign colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very good, during our very first month of admission they provide foundation course providing us knowledge in initial aspects & about all subjects we are going to study. They also adds aspects like small group discussion & self directive learning for students. Exams you can expect in every 3-4 months

I liked the transportation facility near college.
The food in the canteeen is properly made with hygiene
The labs and the classroom are if sufficient size

I have chosen aids(artificial intelligence and data science). As ai is growing quite fast amd will grow in the future , i decided to do it. The faculty manages to go according to the course circullum and teaches quite well.

obviously the infrastructure and the place where it is located like easy convience
professors are damn good at there job they also provide you practical knowledge and we all know generally clg don't even provide basic bookish knowledge so yeah they are damn good at providing knowledge
the atmosphere, and the crowd is also very generous

Dislikes

canteen like our clg is damn big 4 buildings 3 grounds parking but they don't have sitting in the canteen
my building has wiring issues due to which sometimes power cut happened
nowdays they are more focusing on social works rather practical knowledge about the subject and also social work they are doing only for the publicity

Placement Experience:

right now there are less placements but before covid it was great in placements avg package was 8 lpa and rn the top package is 14 lpa which a student got last year and avg now is 4 lpa n the probability of getting placement got reduced due to recession

The are good classrooms and there is good maintainance and sanitation the course has very much scope for the future of the students

After 2 years of course the students are eligible for the campus placement the package starts from 45000-70000 the percentage of students getting placement is 80% most of the students got placement i have plans to crack ctet exam agter the course

Since the university has already closed the admission registration process for the B.Ed program in the 2022-23 academic, you will not be able to get admission in this session. You can apply for admission in the next session.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the Bachelors of Physiotherapy (BPT) as the minimum eligibility set requires one to have passed the 12^th standard board examination in the science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. You can get admission on the basis of scores of IPU CET.
