Course Description
GGSIPU M.Sc Bioinformatics is offered as 2 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc is BSc with 55% + CET. The total fees for GGSIPU M.Sc Bioinformatics in 2025 is ₹ 2.54 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 1.85 Lakhs. Earlier, the fees in 2024 - 2025 for M.Sc Bioinformatics was ₹ 2.37 Lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates desiring admission to MSc in Bioinformatics program shall be required to have passed BSc (Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Botany / Zoology / Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics as one of the major subjects studied at the graduation level. BSc Agriculture / BVSc / BPharm / BE (Biotech / Bioinformatics) / BTech (Biotech / Bioinformatics) and similarly other subjects and must have obtained 55% aggregate at the graduation level / CGPA / grade. MBBS or any other course equivalent thereto with 50% marks.
