Likes

The curriculum required us to be as good in practicals as we would be in theory.
The college provides internships as a part of the curriculum, but it does not offer great placements to students of this course. I asked the seniors about the placements, and they told me about their experiences.
The annual income of parents of students eligible for scholarships should not be more than 2.5 lakh from all sources.

Dislikes

The college has not provided a single internship to any student. The experience related to internships is very bad in the college. Also, the other colleges of the university have never provided internships or placement opportunities to students.
Very few students get placed, if any, and there are also no internships provided, so it is a little disappointing.
We only have flag hosting and a little bit of speech on Independence Day and Republic Day, thats it

The college infrastructure their supportive nature and order to maintain the accounting
The way college treated to the students as no gender equality no discrimination
The food in the hostel mess is really better maintain with hygiene

The inner class rooms that are cringey and disgusting
The unnecessary rules for dressing or student comming from their own motors
The examination module compare to any other college

Likes

My experience at my comprehensive college was very good. I. Have learnt many things which is valuable for my life. I know how to study particularly etc

The college's class and campus is very clean

The professor in my college teaches us very nicely
Our campus and class is very clean and hygienic

Skipping class can lead to a mentality of Skipping other duties and assigned work .Professor are genuinely offended by academic dishonest and take it very personally.

Glimpse about Katihar Medical College

Likes

Girls to boys ratio is 60:40 in my class of total of 150 students
Our classroom is big. We have a lecture theatre
With proper projector lights and AC and everything else

Dislikes

Benches could have been more comfortable
The AC could have been more efficient in the class
The distance between the board could have been more

Katihar medical college review

The best part about my colleges, we had an exposure to regular hospital duties which gave us and on ground idea of how this industry works
The campus size is very large which allows access to multiple departments that is widening the learning opportunity

Dislikes

The teachers usually use traditional methods for teaching like textbooks and lecturers. They should really focus on using digital methods of learning.
The timetable sometimes is very mismanaged. Did last time is collides with lunch break and classes also overlap sometime.

We have four subjects in our current exam and we are also taught certain subjects for next year considering that those are difficult subject and require more time. Katihar Medical College Honest Review

The faculty is well experienced and knowledgeable.
The infrastructure is very good.All lans are well equipped.
No annual fests are organised and no fresher party is given.

Dislikes

There is only one cadaver for dissection for a batch of 150 students in 1st year.
The girls hostel has an in-time of 8 pm.
The canteen is not that good in terms of variety and quality.

The curriculum is very vast but well organised. There are 19 subjects with 10 mandatory and 9 elective subjects. The exams are frequent so that students remain in a constant state of learning. There are also fun aetcom classes organised in every subject.

Education system of college and exam pattern are very good
So many Good places for sitting in campus.
All the teachers are helping and supporting.

Dislikes

Wet Ground in Rainy season. We suffer from accesive water.
Student gathering also not good for good students.
No such a good places for proper vehicle parking.

Placement Experience:

In some courses like Bachelor of computer science and bachelor in business administration you have got your placement in Last semester. Bajaj auto, royal Enfield, maruti suzuki and so many companies comes for placement. Atleast 35% students got selected in placements.

Likes

Professor of the college are very educated and very supportive to all students.
College schedule is flexible according to the weather and climatic conditions.
Courses are offered in minimal amount of rupees.

Dislikes

Slow in exam and result process every years.
Almost every course here offered is delayed by six to seven months
College infrastructure should be developed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Looking for future career I chose mathematics as my honours paper and I heard from many persons that faculties of mathematics are very experienced and educated here. Talking about real world application with my course could be said as there is no so much relevance right now. If anyone wants my suggestions about improvement then I would suggest to college that they should upgrade classroom with current age technology so that it could be easier to understand the values and relevance of knowledge. Frequency of exam is moderate I think and difficulty level is average.
