Real review of GEC BANKA

Likes

Course is very affordable and one who can't afford it also get bihar students credit card loan
Faculties are very well qualified and experienced.
The number of students is not so large like some private colleges.

Dislikes

There is one one boys hostel so every 1st student don't get hostel.
Campus area is very small as compared to any engineering college.
No such campus placement is provided in this college

Placement Experience:

This college provide only few campus placement. Because this is a new college started in 2018 so not very large company visit this college only some startup companies comes to hire. There are some students who have got a very good package of campus.

Experience of my College era

Likes

Firstly we went college for engineering it was dream for anybody so we are blessed to persue this course
Second Hostel that most amazing experience for both boys and girls
Third and last experience with internship sports and enjoy with friendship for treking experience

Dislikes

Anybody can tell same word its Assignment is workload
Lab oo god its complicated long hours we working for practical
Last but not least its Professor who are very rude

Placement Experience:

Its very fine lots of placement held in our college and maximum students placed in different different companies through campus placement coordinator I am also placed in companies but i clearing my gate exam preparation i didn't join the company

My lovely college

Likes

The college campus is very neat and clean.There are flowers everywhere with good connectivity .There are two fountains and well designed lights placed everywhere which looks marvelous in the evening and night.
The seniors here are very supportive and ground to earth. They often come to us and talk to us
The Principal here is very ground to earth and often ask for ideas to implement in the college.

Dislikes

The environment in the class is not very inspiring. There are groups in the class.
The Mentality of students is not so developed. they dont look for startup ideas or doing something of own.
The staffs are very rude. they just want to avoid doing work.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario at Bce Bakhtiyarpur (Bce Bkp) is steadily improving , offering decent opportunities for students.Students typically become eligbel for campus placements from the 7th semester, ensurign ample time for skill development in earlier semesters.Prominent companies like Tcs, Capgeminini and Infosys visit the campus for recruitment.

Review for Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering

Likes

Classes are very regular. We do not have a single class going leisure till now in 1.5 Yrs.
The entire campus is absolutely ragging free.
Lab facilities are very good in this college.

Dislikes

We do not get any exposure at all. The only thing focused here is study, study and only study.
Our college do not fund us for participating in hackathons and events.
We are not getting any idea about real world.

Placement Experience:

Very sad to say that chances of campus placement is very very low. Few students get campus placement with 5lpa average package. Few get placements off campus also. And rest everyone prepares for GATE exam.

Reality of my college

Likes

Some teachers are quite good at teaching.
The campus is quite open and green and there are big fields.
Parking place is there for cars as well as bikes.

Dislikes

Some teachers are biased and they dont know how to teach.
The management discriminates on caste and prefers christians only
Swimming pool is available but never open and try to extort money in name of occasions

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quite good in most aspects ot teaches us excel and financial modelling taxation which is a very good skill but the tax papers are not yet evolved they are teaching VAT and CST to us in 2024

Likes

Campus environment is very good no need to worry about anything
Internship and placement are always looking for students
Faculty and the new technology like smartboard and lab helping us much more day by day

Dislikes

Little much mess issue about food and the menu
Although best regards nothing worst all good
College is very good but college playground is little small

After 6 semester students are eligible for sitting in placement 5-6 company visits once in a academic year Wipro TCS Q spider Subros Etc Placement record is about 50/100 My plan to getting job in top mncs

Sad life of Engineering.

Likes

The faculties are very good and friendly in nature.
Almost all the faculties are from top IITs, NITs.
Rules and regulations are very very strictly followed.

Dislikes

The overall campus is very small. Even the academic building is of only 2 floors.
No any cultural fests happens here. Anyone type of fest, programs, activities doesn't happen.

Placement Experience:

Yes. Placements are not overall good in my college. But companies come, just like TCS, and many startups reaches our college for providing internships as well as placements. From the 7th semester I.e. 4th year students are eligible for sitting in the placement interview sessions. The average package is around 4-5 lpa. Around 60-70% students get placed every year. I will try my best for the placement but majorly try for the off campus placement.

Likes

Teacher are very helpful in my college , they always support us .
Education atmosphere are build in my college .
Girls are very happy man’s their parents are also because in my college girls are feel purely safe and have sprit to comment on girls because this is very prohibited and that boy will be banned in my college permanently.

Dislikes

Girls hostel in only one so many girls aur stay in outside of our hostel.
Sports culture in not good in my college .
Always focus on education and not focus on other activities like sport and cultural program.

Placement Experience:

6th Semester of student is eligible for placement drive and there are many companies are visited in my college and maximum number are students are get placed . Almost 70-80% of students places. I already placed through my college campus in Yash group of industries.

My college fees Is less. It is around inculind everthing is around 75 to 80 thousand per year
It is better than other privates college which charges 8 to 10 lakh
You can complete your btech under 5 lakh

Dislikes

Startup culter is not evolved that much. It is now
Cricket ground is not good. Always students have to manage that
All over every thing is good And if you have enough money then not come here

Now the syllabus is changed for first year it's all over very relevant for first year student. And for other year it is also relevant . You get foundation knowledge of your course after that you have to prepare for your carrier or job
