AKU B.Sc Nursing Admission 2026

AKU B.Sc (Nursing) Nursing is offered as a 4 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Nursing) is 10+2. The total fees for AKU B.Sc (Nursing) Nursing is INR 8 Lakhs for the complete course duration.

AKU UG Admission 2026

AKU offers 14 different courses at the undergraduate level. All the UG level courses are for a duration of three years, except for B.Pharm (4 years) and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (2 years). Ques. Are reservations available for reserved categories at AKU?

Ans. Yes, AKU is bound by the Government of Bihar reservation policies. SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and women candidates are reserved and they receive benefits of quota during admissions. The percentage of the reservation can be determined, depending on the category and might be different in particular courses. To benefit on the reservations, it is required that the candidates present valid and recent category certificates.

Ques. Does AKU allow lateral entry admissions?

Ans. There are lateral credit programs of technical and paramedical courses such as B.Tech (on diploma graduates) or B.Pharm (on D.Pharm graduates) which are offered by some of the affiliated institutions of AKU. But this depends on the intake of seats and college restrictions. The lateral entry admissions are not centrally handled in AKU and students must check the notifications inside the respective colleges.

I applied for eight different college through UGEAC application stands for Bihar Undergraduate Engineering Admssion Counselling I selected first for Katihar Engineering College which is established in 2016 ( then after upgrading my application form I selected Motihari College of Engineering ) . KEC is much new as compare to MCE Motihari which is established in 1980 . Due to old college it has strong alumini base and name. To enter in college, there are different ways just like jee mains examination, BCECE ( Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination ) and mop round counsiling. In my college there are six different course avaliable and the cutoffs for different courses are differ . You may get admission in cse or cse (ai) when you score 75 above percentile. For civil branch you score above from 60 percentile in jee mains examination . To get more information you can visit the official UGEAC portal of Bihar Government .

Good college for engineering within bihar.

Admission:

This is a good college compared to others in Bihar for engineering under BCECE. Which is a considerable thing before taking admission. This college is known for it's disciplined environment and strict attendance policy. You cannot apply any management quota here.
