From my perspective and from my department i would really rate them as 8/10 since most of them are really well experienced.
I liked the hostel , hostel food, warden was also very nice and sweet.
Institute have a good numbers of functions and festive, but the best festive falls in the month of february.

Dislikes

Food quality is not good I got food poison one time.
There is no shop near the University to it difficult to survive
Sometimes Ac doesn?? work properly which makes me very irritative

Engineering from private college land you no where

Likes

Teachers were good with proper knowledge of subject
Labs were good with modified workshop for engineers
you will be able to celebrate all events in college

Dislikes

Placement is not good and few fake companies also come for recruitment
not preparing for any competitive exam so you have to work hard to get into M.TECH in top colleges
not teaching real time engineering , just theoretical limited knowledge that won't help for job and you need to study a lot at your end

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum they will show you before admission is completely different what you will be getting. They will be covering things but not with a higher level. In a subject easy topics will be covered but when teacher find any topic difficult , it will not come in exam since everyone has to pass the exam. They can just follow the GATE exam curruculum and that would be enough for any students to outperform after engineering with real time lap teaching. There is semister exam only where you will have to give workshop and lab exam along with theory paper

Ku’s life

Likes

Our campus is very ecofriendly which makes are campus cool and the students can chill around in their free time
Teachers are very friendly with the students
The university campus is very hygienic with clean toilets

Dislikes

As compared to other universities the Kaziranga university campus is little bit small
Hostel rooms are not up to the mark as the fees are taken
Some securities are very much rude with the students

Placement Experience:

Our university have 100% placements opportunity for MBA students and Btech students the students are applicable for campus placement at the end year of their course time many well defined and famous come in our universities for placement opportunities

Life of a ku student

Likes

The seriousness and discipline of our faculties
The infrastructure is quite good and big labs are available here
The teaching method here is very professional ppt, blackboard's are used

Dislikes

Sometimes the unnecessary burden given to the students
Chemicals unavailability vand equipments
Some teachers are not professional at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i want to knw more about the medicinal world and their formulations. Also for getting the licensee. Also i get the experience of hospital training and industrial training. The teaching methods are ppt, whiteboards etc.

Life of KU student

Likes

Nice campus, well qualified faculties, and classrooms with AC
Good time management and good labs and teaching method is also quite okay

Dislikes

Hostel rooms are small and the bathrooms are not well maintained sometimes
Food tastes average but not too bad. Electrical appliances are also not allowed so we cannot cook for ourselves.

I have selected bpharm because I am enthusiastic about medicine and also I want to work with medicine someday. I would also maybe open my own pharmacy and tryout a business related to it but for the of people and to help out the needy.

Honest and unbiased review of Kaziranga University

Likes

The curriculum for engineering is good enough in Assam, you'll not find a better alternative with the same affordability that Kaziranga University provides.
The importance on the character development of students, be it in sports or cultural activity or participating in events outside of campus is good, the teachers will help you in whatever direction you need them
The flexibility in terms of uniform and other such parts are better. You are not constantly asked to something against your will and you'll get the necessary help from the management as well

Dislikes

The campus area is very less. It would have been better is there was more area and more stuff that we can take part in...sometimes it feels very conjusted inside the campus
The hostel management is very poor, the warden and security are not at all cooperative, the food is a total waste
There should have been more sports facilities around, as we don't have a separate section for indoor sports or badminton, only football, basketball and cricket are a main focus

Placement Experience:

You will be eligible for campus placements from 7th sem and the placements on campus are not that great, mostly the sales job will come which will be not great for a person with a technical degree and you'll be not paid enough there, and the technical jobs in campus doesn't pay well. The companies the TCS, Wipro and other MNCs join the placement to provide jobs at a bulk, there are enough jobs for all the students but the pay grade is very low

The teaching staff are good ...they provide a good guidance on every matter ...
The infrastructure are good and also have good capus
Placement for MBA is very good ...also for engineering department

Dislikes

Placement for pharmacy is very disappointed
Laboratory facilities are not so good and chemicals are not available at the time of practical
Yearly festival are not so good ...very cheap quality

Extra curriculum activities also enhancement of teaching can be a good for attracting student to persuing this course ...also providance of book in library for b.pharmacy are very less...and laboratory conditions enhancement can improve the course quality

Good University to Study

Likes

The staff and the environment of the university
Good foods and good students got placements
Good connections and good libraries to study

Dislikes

Poor transportation system in the University
It’s not located in the main town of Jorhat.
It’s hostel food and some security guards are not too good

Placement Experience:

Yeah, it's good for a price and also we get the internship for one year after completing the course and we have to manner so we can get a good job like our good resume and good presentation stuff which we want to apply for a job

The things which I like is the faculty members of our department which they teaches us at the best of their efforts and making each and every students to learn well and raise their doubts to clear it, they also put their efforts on students for well.
The university also have well round and clean surrounding and proper maintenance for the students and proper safety for the students to guard them from dangerd faculty members. The university has a huge campus with proper playground and proper safety
The students here are well mannered and respect for each other regardless of race, caste, religion,etc. they showed love and respect for each other whether they are a seniors or juniors they show loved and respect for each other by helping them each

Dislikes

They need to maintained the students well
Roads and proper dustbin should be maintained
Proper wastes disposal should be made it

Course Curriculum Overview:

For me since I am new to this college so I am not sure about the curriculum of courses and comprehensive in the course. But from so far I have noticed that the course curriculum is perfect for me to learn.

Faculties are great and they teaches nicely with clearing concept
Classes are big In size , fully ac and it's feel great to concentrate while study
Teacher makes sure to clear all the concept

Dislikes

University is not so good as girls are so western
Some faculties live in attitude as they are lab assistant

KU from my POV

Likes

The faculty members are so friendly and helpful. They guide us in all the possible ways.
The uni has a clean environment. It has strict prohibitions regarding smoking and drinking inside the campus.
The uni hosts all kinds of festivals. Since on the days of national festivals the uni is closed, so the uni organizes pre celebration for every festival. In this way students can enjoy with all they want.

Dislikes

Although the uni doesn't allow anyone to smoke inside the campus, some students still smoke outside the campus, even at the entrance of the uni. This makes the environment so disgusting.
As I'm a dayscholar , I don't know about the hostel life. But I know one thing for sure that the uni hostel food is so bad.

As for the syllabus it is good. We get to know almost all of the subjects that are asked in any higher studies competitive exam. The teachers also make sure that the syllabus is all covered and we understand everything.
