Fees and Financial Aid:

Admission Fees is 20000 per year You have to give examination fees during exams which is not much just around 2000 or less. Psychology is self financed so you have to pay the fees no matter which category you're i.e. both general and sc/st has to pay the same amount. You can get college scholarship and national scholarship..but schemes like nijut moina is not applicable to psychology course because it's self financed. But if you take other courses which are not self financed for eg. Economics or Assamese or English.... you can get free admission if you have necessary documents and caste certificate is also applicable. Even if u don't get free admission the course fees is cheap...around 10-12k.

One of the Most important thing is course payment is very high amount.. most of the students suffering from this problem.

Year wise structure: I am joined 2023, and I paid first semester examination fees 890 and admission fees 16500. Next second semester examination fees 890 and admission fees 16500. Next year also paid like above mentioned payment type. Examination fees 890rs Admission fees 16500 and 15500rs Some of batchmate like Sanskrit 15500.. also psychology and library ect.. groups fee 16500.. I didn't receive any scholarship or financial aid.

what to expect from your college experience

Student Snaps:

the fees is affordable, i paid around 5-6k in the 1st year. and for the 3rd semester it was 6k. however there are fees related to practicals that you need to pay and it varries from one course to another. the registration fees was arounf 100-200. there are several scholarship benefits provided by the government as well for the economically weakers section.

A honest review of Guwahati college

Fees are relatively lower in our college than the private colleges and some of the government colleges. Students with caste certificates can apply for scholarships in our college. I am also able to get a scholarship one time during my B.com.

You can trust this

The fee structure is very nominal. The cost of study in this college is medium I will say, not too much for the quality of education. The jobs we can get while on campus is library attendant, teaching assistant and many more this sort of jobs. The scholarship is not too good but it can be taken into consideration.
