I completed my higher secondary in Jorhat. After I want to study undergraduate in also Jorhat. In Jorhat Jagannath Barooah College is a best choice for me. Because this college has excellent performance rate and teaching quality is very good.

I choose J.B. College because it is a good college for B. A. Moreover the college is active in all sectors, not only education but also co curricular activities. The teaching quality and campus faculties of this college is excellent. The college has A grade rewarded by NAAC.

I get admission in this college because this is one of the best colleges of Assam. This college was established in 1930 and affiliated by Dibrugarh University. The performance of our college in all sectors is excellent.

Jagannath Barooah College is a autonomous college and affiliated by Dibrugarh University. It is the best college in upper Assam and reaccreditad with A grade by NAAC. Importantly the college is active in extra curricular activities. So that I got admission in this college.

I am living in Jorhat, Assam and Jagannath Barooah College is in our home district. This is one of the best colleges of Assam. It is the second college of Assam. Moreover the performance of Jagannath Barooah College is very good. So that I got admission in this college.

Yes the education system is very good but the college is very strict since we are not allow to go outside of the college boundary till 2pm. But i think this is good and proved benifited for the students

I wanted to study in this college when I was in class ten because it is one of the best colleges of Assam. My cousin brother passed out from Jagannath Barooah College and now he is a civil service officer. So this thing encourage me to read in this college.

I was in the science stream during my HS. But I realised that I would do good in Humanities, and shall do my graduation in English. I got to know from my cousin (ex JB student) that the Department of English in JB is good. So, I gave the entrance exam (EHSET 2019 or English Honours Selection Test 2019) and got selected.

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.
Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.
The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.
Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
