Financial assistance ishan udhoy scholarship this scholarship literally helps those who belong to poor families and helps them in fulfilling their needs.
I like the beautiful campus, playgrounds, gymnasium and also the education system of the university is also good.
Teachers are good and friendly. they help you regarding your problem

Dislikes

Our hostel food is very bad quality. Many times due to the food we suffer from constipation and other unhealthy conditions.
Some of the department also quite bad and some of university area also looking bad.
The hostel mess food is not good and it is unhealthy also

the beauty my university

The appreciable things of our college is the faculty and their attitude towards students and their problems. The students of our college experience a good and warm environment due to the clean and green campus .
The people here are very cooperative and friendly and the method of teaching of the faculties is quite appreciable as the ratio of teacher student of our class is 1:53
The 4 years of study curriculum here appreciates the development of the students persionality and way of dealing challenging things and facing problems without any hesitation.. It develops the quality of decision making in any situation..

Dislikes

most of the campus space is unused and full of swamps and pond
facilities in the campus are not well maintained
food in the hostel is not that good but edible

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement drive from fifth semester onwards. Companies like ONGC, OIL, NRL, etc. and some startups However not many students get placed as only the top ones get to sit in the interview

Dibrugarh university is the best

Infrastructure is highly facilitated and useful .
Environment friendly trees, university park, and all
Highly Educated professor’s as compared to other universities

Dislikes

Hostel mess food , Hostel washroom and hostel bed
Cafeteria’s food because of cost and hygiene
Gym facilities because of very less equipments

Placement Experience:

Placements are moderate and genuine. Offers from ONGC , NRL , Semiconductor came in this university From 5th semester student become eligible for placement ONGC , NRL type companies came 75% of students can get placement Govement job after degree

Likes

The infrastructure is satisfactory and the facilities are good for each branch
The teachers are quite cooperative with comforting the student
The course is not about the academics but also for the development of personal skills

Dislikes

The fees are quite higher for the engineering department
The placements can be more better but for now it’s not the worth
The hostel facilities should be provided

My View on Dibrugarh Uni

Likes

Campus is quite big. Almost 600acres of land.
Ragging is completely banned here. All first year students(boys) are kept in a separate hostel.
I like the market inside the University campus

Dislikes

Although campus is big much of the space is unused
The meal in hostel is not that good, it is just edible
Facilities are not well that maintained in the campus

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 5th semester. Many companies visit here every year. Companies like ONGC, NRL, BCPL come to this college for the mechanical and petroleum department. I plan to prepare for GATE. Also will try for campus interview

I like the Central Library and Bulbuli Canteen
University campus is very big and peaceful
University has its own market ,Gym,playground

Dislikes

Facilities are not maintained properly and so on
Our hostel toilets are unhygienic and smelly
Our teachers are not good and also warden

My View on the DIBRUGARH University Institute of Engineering and Technology

Likes

Campus is quite big. Almost 600 acres but includes other departments also
Has its own market for the students and teachers
Campus is full greenery, parks, gardens and fields

Dislikes

Much of the campus space is unused. Full of ponds, swamps and jungles
Things take time to get repaired when broken
Boys hostel for is not good enough, also not much variety

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from 5th semester. Various companies visit the campus each year. Since the college is specialised for petroleum engineering placement offers come from OIL, NRL, ONGC, BCPL,etc for the petroleum and mechanical branches. Various other companies and startups come for students from the CSE and ECE departments But the percentage of students getting placed is low as the top students from each branch are only allowed to sit in the placements drive. I plan to try for the campus placements. Of I don't make it then will attempt GATE. for mtech.

Dislike is our university roads is not so good and basketball court condition is very bad

The environment and the people of University
Teachers are friendly and respectful for sure
Extremely affordable education we can here

Dislikes

Should have more girls hostel in the campus premises
Lacking some facilities like smart boards in every classroom
Renovation of University is required as many buildings are old

Likes

The library is good and have so much books
Canteen was nice and clean and the food was affordable
Collage was clean and really good atmosphere

The campus is soo smalll. Sometimes we don't get to sit
We don't have much technologies in our collage
Our departments are so small even our classrooms

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.

Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.

The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.

Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
