Very few students get placement in my college. Students from 6 semester are eligible for campus placement. NEEPCO and OIL are the one who frequently visit NERIST with placement offers. A minimum of 7.5 CGPA is needed for placement offers.

NERIST Review: The Ground Reality

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is pretty average as most of the core companies have not visited the college for more than two times. Companies like OIL, PGCL, ONGC, etc have visited the college very few times and come after a gap of 2-3 years. Moreover, they choose only 1-2 students from each department. Tech companies like Tech mahindra, cognizant, etc come to the college but offer pretty low packages of just 4-6 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the final year final semester. Different companies come for placement and also number of offers. Placement Experience:
