The faculty of jawaharlal nehru technological university kakinada is very impressive like their teaching is extremely good.
Giving the number of opportunities to students for placements this time
The campus life is very beautiful with campus placements and the friends to lead the life in joy and happy manner.

Dislikes

My campus life is not good or not accident because of this college and disappointing some issues in this college like my college architecture is very bad.
Its quite frustating how much they charge on prints on campus .as a student ,we already have so many expenses to juggle ,and having to pay exorbitant prices for something as basic as printing feels unfair .
The fee and the transportation vechiles are not much comfortable to the students to travel

College and it's life in 4 years

Likes

I like to being interactive with other peers.
Having clubs will help more, and there are many clubs in my college.
Participating in hackathons and seminars is excellent.

Dislikes

Having Less freedom and infrastructure .
Not having perfectly trained faculty becomes difficult to manage Time.
Faculty not listening to students and lack of emotional quotient.

This is very important for my college that, the college not getting enough placements. That is the college management is not much interested in placements. The college is not even providing internships and best placements.

my wonderfull experience in mvgr college campus

Likes

friendly nature and friendly faculty they explain very easy way
getting an good placements,they provides placements for every students
girls and boys having an equal priority is very good

Dislikes

this college not providing good sports infrastructure
and also not conducting an any events only one annual is conducting is very disappointed
hostel food not properly maintaining good

Placement Experience:

mostly 7 sem students can eligible for placements now we are currently 5 th sem we also joining an placements and internships,they lot of companys visited like AVK tech solutions, tcs,wipro some are attending exactly dont know , highest package is 25 lpa catalog company and average package is 5 lpa all companys arae giving and percentage of placement mostly 70 percent , my plans after writing an GATE exam to go for higher studies

There are no restrictions in the campus in previous years,and would like to encourage each and every student.
Friendly faculty, supporting and encouraging
There are no uniform restrictions, civil wear is accepted

Dislikes

Restrictions inside college premises, in movement of students
Course is mostly in theoretical work,less practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum which i was in is csit(computer science and information technology). I choose this because it's both cse and IT . Faculty we got in the initial Stages are new to college and curriculum so we lacked back. Now it's good.

Strong placement's : 80-90 % of students get placed each year , especially in CSE and IT , with top companies like wipro , cisco , TCS visiting
experienced and friendly faculty : teachers are approachable and knowledgeable , focusing on mentoring , academic help , and personality development
good infrastructure : well-equipped labs , modern classroms , digital library , clean hostels and greenery throughout the campus

Dislikes

food quality : campus or hostel food sometimes needs improvement ; students have expressed dissatisfaction about taste and varitey
management quota fees : higher thsn regular entry which may be a concern for some students in the college
amenties : occasinal complaints about maintenance or overcrowding during busy times are typical addressed

Placement Experience:

*student can start applying for campus palcements from 7th semester *in 2025 about 810 job offers were given to 975 eligible studetns *the highest salary package offered was 25 lakh per year *the average package is around 5.2 lakhs per year *job roles include IGT jobs core engineering management and others MVGR provides strong placement opportunities with top campanies and good salary packages in my coolege

A NICE REVIEW FOR A COLLEGE

Likes

Faculty are good at subject and they are very inspirable
Placements are good at our campus with average package and high package
It maintains good time table and meetings for future growth

Dislikes

Social interactions are less in our campus
I think the college should provide trips for stundents
Sports periods are too less when compared to first year

Placement Experience:

From 4th year onwards students will be eligible for campus placements. The companies visited our campus are amazon,mahindra,pennant,hcl,tata consultancy services,infosys,capgemini,accenture,next wave.Highest package is 25 lakhs where as average package is 5.2 lakhs percentage of students getting placed every year is 60% my plan is to get a software job in the company like amazon

My college experience

Likes

The college premises were so good and beautiful
Our college faculty were experts in the teaching
College management conducts so many cultural events

Dislikes

College timing is bad mrng 9 to upto 4 so it is like some what bad
Food is good in college but it is repetitive
Equipments in the gym were to be improved some what

Placement Experience:

In our college placements were good.im saying this one by the before batchs were releaved from the college they are settled in the good companies.but when I will not get placed in my campus placement I will choose the offcampus drives and I will attend the companies for the job

Faculty teaching is very nice, they're open for questions.
Nice classrooms, and infrastructure of college.
No ragging and student friendly. Cost efficient.

Dislikes

Very tough question paper which is killing the motivation and dedication to study
Too many rules and very strict instructions
Study material not available when needed

Likes

The campus infrastructure is excellent .
Faculties expertise is also good. .
Placements are also comparatively good .

Dislikes

We can't go outside the college whenever we need.

Placement Experience:

I don't think I'll be relying on the campus placement as they are mostly 3.6 - 5 LPA , which is low paid jobs as I think. Companies like cognizant, infosys,tcs, prolifics, etc come to the college. I plan on doing a job with good salary or do a business or try for a government job.

Likes

Campus greenery and maintenance is good.
Teaching is good, faculty are experienced.

Dislikes

Lack of mentorship,lack of engagement in social works
Placements aren't good, course curriculum is still old one is followed

Placement Experience:

Generally from 7th sem placement drives start in our college. Very less companies visit to our college don't know why but the startups come to the college more. 18lakhs is the highest package in the last year placement Less percentage got placed I may try for govt. Jobs.

The college of your dreams ~ MVGR.

Likes

The college library has a vast collection of books and of whatever genre you want.
Easy faculty access.Friendly environment
College cafeteria where you can hang out and have yum food.

Dislikes

Very few fests or no fests at all. Very serious about academics. You get to do cultural activities on Saturdays only.
No permission to go out even when an emergency you have to go through a hell lot of procedures to be able to go out.
Less places to hangout in your free time.No seating area

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is very academic oriented. You will get to learn what you are coming for and additionally if you want to discover you will have enormous oppurtunities to discover. Every semester you'll have a career growth subject where you'll understand different aspects of having a career apart from your interests.
