JNTUH M.Tech: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

JNTUH M.Tech admission 2023 will be based on the GATE or TS PGECET scores. TS PGECET 2023 applications are open now and the last date to apply is April 30, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website – pgecet.tsche.ac.in. TS PGECET 2023 exam will be conducted from May 29 to June 1, 2023.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University Hyderabad (JNUTH) offers M.Tech courses in 47 postgraduate programs and 64 different disciplines based on GATE entrance examination. The college provides a full-time and part-time course of M Tech. Admissions to M Tech part-time courses are provided based on the performance in the entrance examination conducted by the University. JNUTH M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree in B Tech from any recognised University with minimum 60% marks are eligible to appear in the entrance examination of this course and take admission in MTech in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.

JNUTH M.Tech Admission criteria

Gate machines in MTech course is based on the result of GATE entrance examination which is conducted by Telangana State Council of Higher Education Hyderabad and also has a minimum one year of experience after completing the bachelor degree.

The division is divided into 3 categories that are:

• Regular stream: under this, the students who have qualified the GATE examination will get AICTE scholarship or stipend
• Sponsored category: under this, the student must be sponsored by the organisation where he or she is currently working and must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Non sponsored: under this, the preference is given to the students who have qualified GATE examination irrespective of the fact that there eligible for the scholarship or not.

JNUTH M. Tech Course Details

The MTech course is for two years and it is divided into four semesters. There are different open electives according to the subjects for example

• Department of civil engineering: there are four different electives under this head that are structural engineering or geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, Highway Engineering, transportation engineering.
• Department of Mechanical Engineering: there are 8 different electors under the head that are advanced manufacturing systems, CAD, design for manufacturing or design and manufacturing, engineering design, machine design, Mechatronics, production engineering.
• Department of CSE/EEE/ECE and allied branches: there are 6 different electors under the head that are business analytics, industrial safety, operation research, cost management of engineering projects, composite materials, energy from Waste.
