Yes, chemical engineering at JNTU is good. If you are interested in chemical engineering, then it's the best place to pursue it. Infrastructure: The Chemical Engineering branch started at the institute only a few years ago. It does not even have a specific departmental block. It shares the block of the Metallurgical department. CE also doesn't have their own labs. Students go to other departments to do their lab work. Placements: The first batch of Chemical Engineering graduated in 2018 and it had good core placements. Companies like Vedanta, ITC recruit Chemical Engineering students. In recent years the average CTC offered at the institute is 9 LPA. I will advise you to only opt for Chemical Engineering if you are interested. If a student needs only the tag and brand of JNTU then choosing a chemical branch will not be a good idea.

The library here is very vast and all the types of books are available there,students preparing for competitive exams can also engage there and there are also separate study areas there for less disturbance,,the fee for library is also very less &&..

The year wise fee is 50000,the fee range changes from the course to course,the highest fee in our college is 150000 for integrated courses,,and we can also get scholarships based on merit and reservations..

Another thing which I hate most is that the results of our semester exams will be released very late like after 3 months of attending the exam, I think they should give in one month.

When I got into the college the tuition fee was like 35000 but as our juniors are coming the tuition fee has been increased to 45000 and now it is like 75000. The scholarship will be given specifically for some caste people like general, sc, and st, and the merit students based on their eamcet rank. We have to pay 5000 rupees in the first year of college except for tuition fees. This money is for some general requirements like lab fees and ID card fees. We have to pay the semester fee for every semester, fee is like 765 rupees. Students can get government colleges to study in the college, in my perspective the college will not provide any kind of scholarship. We can apply for all kinds of scholarships out of college.

In our college there will be no practical knowledge

Right now fees is 70k each year and there will be scholarship opportunities for students like epass from state govt and NSP from central govt so no need to be worried the btech degree from jntuh will be so affordable

The fees per year is around 70k i guess so we have many scholarships like EPASS from state govt and also NSP merit scholarship from central. for extra money for our expenses we can do tutoring for students like home tutions as there ae many localities near our college

BTech in Chemical engineering at JNTUH UCESTH

I didn't apply for scholarship. But mostly of my friends did. And they could get financial assistance to complete their btech through TS EPASS. My college fee was 18000 per year. That was 2020. There has been a significant change now. But most of the students get scholarships.
