- There are libraries in school and have a good amount of stock there are many sports festivals here so u can get yourself healthy there are many social groups where u can interact with each other.
- Placements at our college were very good because all students got placed at top companies.
- It organized any program in which it gave prizes to the winners.
Dislikes
- Mess food , very poor quality food in mess
- mess food is too bad,unhealthy an limited menu and while serving there is a fixed amount of ratio except rice,pulse.While dining there is lot of sweat generated during eating as mess are closely packed and there is no air conditioning
- Mess food is not upto mark . Breakfast and launch are good but dinner is worst

- The only thing I like here that the university is situated near my home as I didn't wanted to go outside my city for my graduation.
- The greenery here fascinates the new comers here which is one of the thing I like here

- Direct admission without any test is given here.
- Students from the nearby villages come here and degrade the environment of college campus.
- Some of the faculties here have rude behaviour which is not at all tolerated many times
Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to prepare for the government exams and civil engineering branch has the most number of posts which comes under goverment sector so I chose it .
Well it is quite obvious that the whole curriculum cannot be changed the engineering conpects will the same as the traditional ones so I cannot suggest any change in curriculum. But as of today's world I can give the suggestion of inclusion of softwares used in civil engineering field so to give exposure to students for the upcoming world.

For ius good for engineering, coer collage have many beaches of engineering like , computer science Engineering, electrical engineering , mechanical engineering, biotech engineering and also some good beaches

- In our college sports facility are good.Akash madhwal mumbai indians player is our college alummni.Also in our college many sports events occur whether it is indoor and outdoors. On 29 august in our college football match will happen
- There is no attendance issues student can grind for other skill as well.
- Also our college enhance a student skill by providing different platform. In recent film mission ranigang of akshay kumar coer alumni neeraj negi was also there.
Dislikes
- Some teachers in our college donot teaches good means whole class is bored.
- Here sometime s management take times to listen student gerviances.
- And also college make false advertisements for there placements. They advertise that there median package is 600000 but real one is 400000.
Placement Experience:
I our college placement ratio is average means among 100 percent only 45 to 50 percent are highered. Student requires only 45 percent to appear in placement.In this year 2024 maximum students were unplaced and student who were placed maximum were having less package.In this year maximum package incampus was 700000 and average package was 300000.Off campus highest package was 1800000.Companies that visit in our college are Schlumberger and hanu and hexaware and decathlon and xenon stack.

- attendance criteria is slightly relaxed you will not be detained from giving exams

- mess food is very bad .need a severe improvement.
- sports facilities are very bad .even they have not an official badminton court we have to play in college auditorium and now also it is closed .we have to play in outdoor and when it rains court becomes wet and we cant play.
- computer labs are horrible whenever we go in cs labs always there is some or other malfunctioning in the computer.
Course Curriculum Overview:
course curriculum is completely outdated with respec to today's world.they still teaches mechanical and electrical subjects to us in first year which have no relevenace for cs students.
exams are made very tough and sometimes out of syllabus things come in exam

- There are less number of Faculty in College Of Engineering Roorkee
- The area of college is very small. The facility they provide is not good.
Placement Experience:
In College of Engineering Roorkee Placement session is start from 7th semester. You have to submit 1000 rupees for sitting in campus placement it is compulsory. In Btech. Placement percent is 10% it is very very low in tech company.
College shows 95% pacement records but is fake.

- Ambience of the college: The college is constructed away from city sounds with a perfect ambience.
- Cultural Activities: The college management organizes various cultural events every semester.
Dislikes
- Mess Food: The mess food quality is not up to the mark. Sometimes it's good but sometimes not.
- Classes: The classes are not equipped with ACs which makes it difficult for the students to attend classes in summers.
Placement Experience:
There are a lot of campus placements available inthe college. The college conducts various additional classes from the curriculum for placement and GATE exam.
The average placement of the college is 6lpa and the highest placement till now is 48lpa.

- Buildings of college is great because in our college from the aspect of infrastructure it is good.College is in quient and chilled weather friendly.faculty is quite supportive and helpful from all aspect nof the curriculam.
- warden is also supportive from hostel point of view
- campus is all over greenery.day by day college is improving by its placement faculty awareness

- the things which i disliked may not be for others but from my prespective,college cafeteria shut down till 5 pm after the college hours whic we hostelers suffered a lot more we have go outside the campus where is no good food available.
- the next thing is that there is girls curfew from 7 pm around campus and she cannot came from hostel premises and also boys cannot roam after 10 pm.there is no general store and cafeteria for hostelers if they are hungry during night.

from 3rd year students are are eligible for campus placement.
As such there is no FAANG company visited our college but placement is happen and at an avereage of 6-7 lakh while highest package is 18 LPA from ADOBE last year.
highest package of the college is 36 Lakh while average package is 6-7 lakh per annum
60-70% student placed each year
my plans after degree is to do M.Tech from IIT

- The faculty is very good and supportive and provide proper support to the student when needer
- The laboratory available are very good and different type of laboratory for practical knowledge

- Infrastructure is not so good and the classroom are not so futuristic
