- Teacher are good, labs are better , bus facility is good.
- There is a policy of tfw scheme for meritorious students who score good mark in both jee and academics .other scholarships are also encouraged like emedhabruti.
- About placement variety company are coming . courses like m.tech, b.tech, bsc are available. there are so many streams in every department. a very big library with wide range of books of every domain.classes are good ,clean .
Dislikes
- The placement scenario for our branch is very bad; very few companies visited during our session.
- The hostel facilities of this college is not so good , the food we get here is the worst that every 3 days in a week we need to go for restaurant and dhabas.
- Financial and scholarship are only provided to the bonafied students by the state government, there are no institutional scholarship available.

- Our college campus is full of lush greens. Forests mountains and all.
- It provides environment for extra curricular activities like swimming pool and indoor stadium.
- Lots of clubs are there to participate and well equipped labs are also provided.
Dislikes
- In 1st year we cannot participate in clubs.
Placement Experience:
Placements is not upto the mark but its good. Recruiters come to the college and hire from different branches. I would say placement opportunities is fair. You will get decent amount of package average 4 t0 5 lakhs.

- College environment is good, biggest campus in south odisha
- Provides bus facilities for local students

- Bus facility is bad, it is very hard to get a seat
- Classes don't have AC, so it is very hot in summer
Placement Experience:
At the end of the 3rd year many companies come to campus for pre campus drives, some students are chosen for future internships and again comes in 4th year for campus drives. Tech Mahindra,Wipro, Accenture, Western Digital,etc are the companies that comes to campus. The average package is around 6 to 7 lakhs. Highest was 19.15 lakhs

- The faculties are well trained and the way they teach us is excellent
- The infrastructure of the college us soo good and the campus is weel maintained

- The placement are coming but more renounced company can also come in future
- More focus can be given on student for the career development
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course in our university is very good . During internship the college provide student with external teachers from IIT college so that the student can make the future more bright. The course can be more expanded because a less number of option are there for students to choose. The teacher should also interact with the student for every single question

- the library facility in the college was very good. They provide with lots of books, journals, magazines
- The labs are well equipped with all the necessary equipment
- Lots of soprts and club activities that happen on a regular basis
Dislikes
- I didn't like mess food and lack of sanitation in the canteen.
- clean drinking water is not available on all floors in the academic buildings and lack of washroom facilities
- the management of the college is quite upsetiing.
Placement Experience:
students in the 7th sem are eligible to apper for the placements and lots of companies visited the campus but this time there was less job offers given and the total percentage of students placed was arounf 60%.

- The environment is good and campus is huge.
- Well equipped classrooms and well trained facilities and staffs
- Faculty and staff are good, timings are good.
Dislikes
- Classes doesn’t have AC, in summer you can’t survive here.
- Not allowed to go out for internships, we are forced to do in college.
- Placements are very less , before it was good but now it isn’t
Placement Experience:
Placement rate is very low than previous years.
Many companies black listed our college for bad management.
But some companies give a good package and highest package was 21 lpa.
50-60% students gets placement but in admissions time they show 100% placements.

- The teachers are really student friendly and they make the course easy to understand.
- There are smart boards available which makes learning more faster and interesting. We also do presentation using these boards.
- The friends here are open mindedness and are very career oriented so it gives a positive environment here.
Dislikes
- There are no AC installed here since it gets really hot in the summer and sometimes the heat is unbearable
- The class interiors are so bland. It's quite old fashioned and boring but ventilation is quite ok.
- The toilets here are not maintained that properly so sanity wise I would rate it 5/10 in this college.
Placement Experience:
It's usually in the end of the 3rd year where some companies attend our campus for pre campus drives, some students are chosen for future internships and important companies come in the 4th year for campus drives so it all about patience and perseverance.
Accenture and tech Mahindra are the companies that attend our campus drives every year and some start ups too. So the usual offer made for top students is usually an average of 9LPA and the overall average is 7LPA.
There is usually a criteria that only students with no back papers and a cgpa of 7.5 or 8 can sit in interview rounds with the companies. So there is no percentage, depending on the number of intellectual students in the present batch.
I plan to first develop my skills in the areas I'm genuinely interested in and then try for some campus placements, get an experience and decide if it's good for me in the long run and if not I'm thinking of doing MBA in future.

- The campus space of our college is very large,filled with a lots of greenery everywhere. Our college also has good sports facilities.
- Our college has different labs for different subjects , each of those labs have personalized instructors and facilities.
- We have a lots of clubs where you can invest your extra time and enjoy the work with other people of similar interests.
Dislikes
- That college don't give time to play sports so even if we have all the facilities we as students cannot avail that .
- In few subjects the teachers are not well educated which leads to less knowledge in class.
Placement Experience:
In this aspect our college is not performing well . It's average package is only 5lakhs which is less than the fees we are giving. So it should not be the case... Plus the number of companies visiting NIST is also decreasing day by day so the total placement is also decreasing.

- i like the campus area, area is large and here so many facilities like lab, library ,canteen all are good . for sports indoor and outdoor are there.and gym is also there.
- faculty in all departments are very helpful and teach very well . from different state students are coming for their education . students are offered opportunities for hands on learning through project and internships.
- about placement variety company are coming . courses like m.tech, b.tech, bsc are available. there are so many streams in every department. A very big library with wide range of books of every domain.classes are good ,clean .
Dislikes
- attendence criteria of 75% is the major drawback
- and unavailability of local markets near by place of campus. As for small things we have to go for market which is far away from college.
Placement Experience:
from third semester students become eligible for campus.
company visited are pwc,wipro,tata,western digital .
highest package is 19.15lpa and average is 6lpa.
about 80% of students placed in our college.

- Tifac building where the project made and display is the most enjoyable place
- Dances are the main event and I like to enjoy and dance in the event
- The college has animal welfare club where different dog and cat rescue is awesome to see
Dislikes
- I dislike the bathroom as there is common bathroom for all
- The college should give time for relaxment and join the gym or do yoga which are rarely conducted for the local
- The college friend are mostly exam oriented and no unity among our freinds

The syllabus mostly focus on campus placement and for further studies as the semester and the students are mostly focus on getting 9cgpa and syllabus is going on tough when we are going to higher semester
