The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

Overview of DIT university

Likes

The environment at the campus is very good. The faculty member are also well qualified and their teaching style is also good. They have well maintained library and well maintained labs.They have 4 cafes in which you can get food on time and fresh.

Dislikes

The management i would say is not that good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Btech cse is a hot topic nowadays. Infact this course offers most of the jobs nowadays. The faculty at DIT is good and they are well qualified and perfect in their fields. Their teaching method is is also good. Term exams were moderate if i say about difficulty.

Life at DIT University under the microscope

Likes

Dit University is very beautiful as it is surrounded by greeny mountains and also college has maintained its ambience through various plants and trees
Cafeteria building is the most happening place of this University you can enjoy there with your loved ones
CCD in vedanta building is quite nice due to its food and happening vibes

Dislikes

Viswakarma building where you study in your 1stvyear does not have any lift
There are some subjects like graphics and professional communication which you have to study in 1st year
Hostel timings for girls are maybe quite unreasonable as you have to submit your attendance everyday by 7:30 pm

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester onwards you are eligible for placements in University the highest package is of 58 lakhs per annum given by the Palo Alto network and the average package is about 6-8LPA There are several companies which visit the campus like Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, IBM, Palo Alto, commvault,optum etc. If you maintain a cgpa of 8.5 and above then you can grab a fine placement moreover, there is a lot of competition in cse branch so you can even apply for off-campus placement.

Faculty and the quality of academics:The faculty is very supportive and are well qualified with good experience
Extra curriculars and clubs: Youthopia is the greatest fest which is organised in the college permises.

Dislikes

Too much restrictions in college especially for girls,

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon the skills of the students and you should maintain a nice cgpa in all semesters. 100% of students get placed and last year the highest package was 58lpa. Famous companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, AWS, and many others have visited the campus.

One of the best think i like is weather and college location
Faculty is too good and very experienced teachers and very supportive
Seniors are too good and very supportive never disrespect you

Placement Experience:

The placements ratio of this college is too good and too many companies will definitely come for job interviews. From the 7-8 semester companies will come for your job interview and percentage of placement is 95

Good campus Life , Good environment, Pretty mountains
Mussorie nearby also very great environment to study if someone wants too
Just that's it not even 3 good points to say

Dislikes

Bad administration doesn't help much sort
Average faculty also forces to attend classes
Hefty fees and also hostel accomodation expensive also bit far from city

Placement Experience:

Students are elegible for placements after 3rd year end i.e when starting the 7th semester. I have seniors who will be appearing for placements in August when my 5th and their 7th sem will be starting

This is a review of my college from my side

Likes

i like the surrounding of college faculty is also good
College have good infrastructure, smart classes
Very helping in every situation, and also have a good APP by which all student get everything in a palce

Dislikes

The bus fair is very high and college is also little bit far
hostel fees is also very much some student face problem their
as a all india student there is feees 300000/yr this is also too much

Placement Experience:

in the 6th sem, we are eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Adobe, Commvault, and many more, and 1251 offers were made The highest package was 30.31 and avg was 5.5. 95% of students get placed. my plan after getting my degree is to work for a big IT company.

Placement cell is good in our college the 90 percent of student is placed.
Faculty is to good they always help in you for any time during college.

Dislikes

Sports club is not good they not conduct to music game.
The college is small in area they have not any bigg ground for sport activity
Hostel food is not food they have many time for this issue.

Placement Experience:

In the 7th sem students is eligible for placement. Adobe, zscaler, palo alto, optum and 250+ companies visited dit university. The highest package last year is 58 in palo alto. 90 per cent of students' Jobs.

Likes

Placement cell is very hardworking and promising.
Exams are very easy to pass in our college

Dislikes

great weather, infrastructure is quite good friendly environment
great view of mussorie from the classroom ,pleasant air
aura ,staff and nearby resturants and picnic spots

Dislikes

no bigger ground for student to play the sports
less spacious congested most of time during the holidays
limited canteen and less parking space, rainy season weather

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have pursued civil engineering from DIT university, the faculty out there are quite good and had sound technical knowledge, examinations are quite on schedule, and papers are set tough to study hard for it.

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite good in CSE, you can easily get a job for 3.5 lahks, mostly Infosys and Wipro. Although the highest package offered was 54 lakh which was offered to 2 students. The average package in CSE Is 6.5 lakh. 80 to 85% of students got placed last year. The companies that visit the campus are Pal Alto, Techeon, Virtusa, Optum, Oracle, etc.

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.

The following points are based on her experience at the campus:

Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.
