- Great campus, faculty and education.
Dislikes
- Lacked placement opportunities for all.
- Lived off campus in private accommodation meant for students. Got it through Amberstudent and a local letting company called CP Walker.

- Very systematic.
- Everything is done on time.
- Good diversity in students so we get to learn about so many cultures.
Dislikes
- Moodle does not work well all the time.
- Even thought there are continuous events we find out a little too late about them.
- It took a while to understand the systems as an international student.
- I found my accommodation through the University website itself but it practically is not on campus. It is adjacent to my campus.
- Weekly rent was £172, included wifi, hot water, a common kitchen for everyone (5 ensuite rooms in each flat), etc.
- The only challenge was the lack of reviews, which made it a bit difficult to decide but otherwise the process was pretty smooth.
- I would say that taking accommodation outside the university might be better because you don't have curfews but still have the safety since it is a student accommodation and no other people are allowed inside. It gives you access to much more culture around you and you get to travel and see places around you as well.
- My accommodation is 10 mins away from my campus by walk; there is no particular area as such rhat indian students stay in. Some paid more to stay near campus and some paid less to stay in the city centre and used that money on travelling by bus (the centre is 15-20 mins by bus)

- Doesn't have too many places to stay within the college campus
- Connectivity to different buildings is not very easy
- Large campus
- I found my accommodation using online platforms.
- The monthly rent for accommodation was 50000, and the facilities included a bed mattress, wardrobe, mirror, and shared toilet (among 3).
- The challenges I encountered while finding or securing your accommodation were the ability to connect with staff easily and finding the cheapest option.
- Based on my experience, I do have some recommendations for future students seeking accommodation: Raleigh Park is the best.
- The accommodation from the college campus is a 5-minute walk away. Most of the Indian students stayed outside campus.

- Nottingham was pretty good, had a nice time there.
- The campus was actually really nice. Lots of trees and open spaces, so it felt kinda peaceful. I liked just walking around or sitting outside when the weather was decent.
- The course was planned well. I learned a lot of useful stuff, nothing too complicated. By the end, I felt like I actually knew something and could do something with it.
Dislikes
- Nottingham was nice, but some things were kinda bad. Doctor appointments were a pain. NHS wait times were too long. Had to wait weeks just to see a doctor. Super frustrating.
- Buses were all over the place. Sometimes they came late, sometimes too early. Made it hard to plan anything.
- Some parts of Nottingham felt sketchy. Especially at night. Heard some bad stuff, so I didn’t really like walking alone.
- University accommodation services helped me to get an accommodation. I got accommodation at jubilee campus it was in suite room which means an attached bathroom. I had shared kitchen which was shared by 5 people . We had study place and game area in my hall . Accommodation was secured .
- My monthly rent was 500 pounds per month . My teaching campus was 1 hours away but commute was easy because of free bus in campus.
- Campus was very beautiful. It was near to city centre. I would recommend to pre book accommodations before coming to uni of Nottingham. Go was student accommodation inside the campus Atleast for 6 months which will help you to settle in . I had few Indian students in my accommodation.

- The Campus is really good. I studied in Nottingham University Business School which was in Jubilee Campus.
- There is a large diversity of professors and students that makes it suitable for most of the students to indulge in the environment.
- They do have many fun activities that helps the students to keep themselves engaging and not being bored all the times.
Dislikes
- The university accommodations are not really great do try finding it before hand you arrive in Nottingham.
- There are Job fairs in University but no campus placements so you have to search for job by yourself.
- The modules and exams are not very easy and you have to really work hard if you want to score really good marks in any subject.
- The accommodation was really great and I booked it online, there was a dedicated website for it. I have to book a guarantor before booking the accommodation.
- The monthly rent was 540 GBP and all the bills were included. Facilities like TV, sofa, Microwave, Fridge, Dining table, Cupboard, Bed, mattress, etc were provided.
- They do have a common room for activities like Pool table, study room, etc. There were no as such challenges which I faced. I would recommend my accommodation based on my experience.

- Co- Curricular activities- so many clubs to explore and skills to have.
- Professors- Really good teaching faculty and really helpful.
Dislikes
- Lack of seminars on how to adjust in a new county. What to expect and what to not- they have started it this year though.
- Career options after the course were not discussed properly. What can you do? How can you get help and support as an international student?
- I chose an off campus accommodation- near the city centre. I found it through agencies and ads posted on Open Rent or Rightmove.
- The monthly rent came up to 500-600 pounds. Including all the bills. I did not like my accommodation much because their management was extremely poor.
- I would suggest students to look for in campus accommodations- that way you can engage more and even outside with your friends.

- The teachers had a strong command of their respective disciplines and leveraged practical experiences whenever possible. The ML professor had rich expertise working with different companies which equipped him with knowledge that enriched the machine learning module.
- The computer laboratories were fitted with modern devices and applications. This made it possible for us to engage in complex performance computer activities such as training neural networks and building sophisticated models that would have taken days, but with high end computers, it was done in a split of time with no limits.
- Variety of subjects were covered in the course; however, they gave us chance to select modules including those not from the competency science school and from the business schools as well. I had an intention to learn Management Science in the business school and my HOD agreed to such arrangement.
Dislikes
- The amount of work, particularly in the dissertation stage, was high. I found it hard to maintain a balance between study and research, particularly when there were approaching deadlines.
- The time of some modules would overlap making it impossible to go for some lectures. Some lectures I could not attend because the schedules clashed.
- Although I appreciated the international approach, many of my classmates came from the same ethnic backgrounds, predominately Chinese and Indian students. It would have been more beneficial and worth it if there were discussions and group works with students from different ethnic backgrounds.
- My accommodation was off-campus.
- I found it through the Facebook marketplace, I saw the ad and I reached out to the homeowner and requested a virtual viewing.
- My rent was 500£ with all bills included.
- Facilities like wifi, kitchen appliances and communal cleaners were there.
- I didn't have any challenges it was quite easy for me.
- Look at Spareroom if you want to look for off-campus accommodation.
- My house was 1.5 miles away from the uni campus, however the student accommodation was 0.5 miles.

- Professors, course modules.
- Support provided for students and extracurricular activity opportunities such as sports and clubs.
Dislikes
- How expensive the course is taking into account how much a pound is worth with respect to rupees
- Duration of the course(could be longer) as it felt fast phased
- No placement/ industrial opportunities especially critical in the field of architecture.
- Off campus accommodation is what I opted for, but it’s still a University accommodation. I looked into the University website which gave me various options including the price range to pick from, facilities, type of rooms available etc.
- My accommodation was 131 pounds per week with all bills included. It was around a 20 minute walk from my department, it’s closer to other departments like psychology, medicine etc.
- One thing that I was most thankful for in my accommodation is the fact that it had a good mix of students from various ethnic backgrounds. So this ensured that I got to mingle with people from various cultures and that I did not just stick to the Indian student population.

- Business Career cell is very supportive and they will provide you number of resources to apply for the companies.
- Quality of Faculty is impressively nice, you will definitely get to experience the classes of really skilled and amazing professors.
- The campus is amazing , business campus and university main park campus both are beautiful, you can spend time on your own.
Dislikes
- There should be a hopper bus available to commute to city center, hopper is generally free for students which run between the campuses, but there should be atleast 2 or 3 free bus services for students a day specially after evening or night time.
- Societies are expensive for international students sometimes, they can have a look into it .
- There should be more interactive sessions within the courses or similar fields, generally they held the sessions all over the universities, it's hard to narrow down the group and be frank to talk to people.
- I have booked an off-campus accommodation; it costs me 500 GBP per month including all the bills, there is no TV, so I don't have to pay for that.
- The best thing is it is a 10-minute walk from my university campus, clearly visible form the window. There will be plenty of off campus accommodations that are cheaper than the on-campus ones. Do some research before booking yours.
