Overview
Friendly environment and good ideals. The city has a culture and is Not too large. The city is a good distance from my home and one that I wanted to get to know better. I'm adding the course at this university was what I specifically wanted.

We are charged per semester for university-managed housing. As for fees for the course it goes directly from the government to the university.
