My Review

Consider that the college is not a NIT tier college but it doesn't fall short in competition with them be it the national rankings or the courses. The college has a BTech AI degree course which is available only in 2 Colleges in the nation with the other being an IIT. There is nothing negative as such about the college and an honest opinion would be it is little underestimated.

I have opted for a course in IT and the course provided here is very well aquainted with the subjects and also keeps updating when needed. The exam structure is as follows which includes 40% of total marks in a subject as internals which includes 3 unit tests and TAE( teacher assessment exams) and a 60 marks of final end semester paper.

The placement ands job opportunities are very nice. The college has a final semester as a compulsory 6 months internship program which really gives student a exposure to the corporate world before actually entering in it and also a excellent opportunity to get a job. The companies coming to the college are getting good.

One thing is pretty sure that there won't be week without a event in the college. There are frequent event happening in the college throughout the year right from festival celebrations to guest lectures from industry experts and many more.

The fee structure I would say is pretty similar as of the other engineering colleges in the city. Though this year the fees has increased slightly but also college has introduced some extra curricular courses which would help sharpening students technical skills but also their communication skills and other as well. Also there are scholarships which can be opted if eligible.

You can avail Various scholarship programs provided by the government easily and the college supports the students in it very well. College also provides financial support for startups, different new ideas that students want to implement and reimbursements in various ways.

The college has various extra curricular activities conducted throughout the year right from technical competitions to workshops and frequent sports activities. The labs includes from AI and ML labs to Research Labs for ideas and a Incubation centre for startups. Each lab has sufficient computer systems with the Centralised Computing Centre (CCC) with more the 100 Apple desktops.

The seniors here are very supportive and helpful. They help you with various competitions, with different forums activities and other committees like The SRC- student representative council and the SPC students placement council

Got admission through the MHCET exam and then after according to the merit in the above exam through the CAP(Centralised Admission Process). The CAP process has got 3 rounds and the college has 50% Hindi minority reservation including the other reservation.

The faculty is supportive and pretty good though it can be more better but overall it's quite good. All the departments have enough number of teaching staff and they are aware of the latest trends in the Industry so they can teach the new courses that college adopts
