Good College but not that excellent

College is very good for CS and IT if you have scored average marks in Entrance exams. But you have good score then there are many better colleges than this. I suggest you to do not take admission in Mechanical and Civil department in this college because there are zero placements.

The course is structured by SPPU(Pune Uni) and the college is affiliated with SPPU. The course is of 4 years in which per year we have 2 demisters that means total 8 semester in full course. Each semester got 5 subjects and we have to pass that exams on SPPU criteria to get admission in next year's.

The placements for computer department is excellent. Last year out of 150 students 135 students are placed in various companies. For IT also there is very good placement. For ENTC placement is ok. And for Mechanical and Civil there are no placements. The college won't provide any internship, we have to do internship by our own from outside and the college permits you to do internships.

There are many events celebrated in our college in which there induction program for the newly appears first year students. The Techtonic event is there for technical activities. In which college organizes various workshops and National conferences. Also in this event students get chance to show there creativity. There is also 'Sinhgad Karandak' event for non technical activities which is also one of biggest programs in pune.

Fee structure is not that expensive and which is around one lakh per year for general category students. For the students of backward categories the fees is very cheap. The college gives permission to pay fees in two or three installments throughout year. So there is not any issue about fees.

The college will not provide any scholarship or loan facility. But government gives all these facilities of loan and Scholarship. As I am not part of any scholarships and loan so I don't know much about that.

You will get good scope to show your talent in extracurricular activities and sports. Through various college programs and events. There are two college magazines published every year so that you can show your writing skills through that and there are Department wise student associations so that you can show your leadership skills.

Yes I had opted for hostel for my first year and the hostel fees is about RS 65000 and in which 5000 are refundable. In that we also got mess facility and the mess is compulsory. The hostel is very good and we will get all the facilities like wifi but problem is there in mess. The mess is not that good.

Senior students are helpful and zero ragging is there in campus. Alumni network is also good and they came time to time to guide the students. There is very good bonding between senior and junior students through the various programs.

I had appeared for Maharashtra CET and JEE both and on that basis I had given preference of colleges on DTE site and through that I got this college.Those who have to get the direct admission without giving preference or that things can get directly through Management Quota.

The faculty is varying as department changes. If you got admission in Computer Department then The faculty is excellent. For IT and ENTC the faculty is good. But for Mechanical and Civil department there are no senior faculties, all the faculties are young ones which are not good at teaching.
