Remarks

The Student co ordination system need to be more improvised by which they can collect feedback from the students and faculties and help creating a more suitable environment for everyone. Almost all other fields are up to satisfaction. A very good college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good college. University would be appropriate. The course is brand new as Agriculture is the backbone of India. All the lessons are practice based.Very good faculties. Per year 2 semesters. For backlogs and detained students exam on demand system is available

4

Every year we have nearly 20 to 30 companies varying from fertilizer companies to agro products, farm machinery and all coming for campus placements. Students are updated about every companies and every placements via mail. The life skills development coaching is given to students free of cost.

College Events

5

We celebrate overall every event that are being celebrated in an University. From Agrifest to Techfest, from Ganesh puja to Eid and Diwali every occasion is celebrated in our college. All those events are organised by the Culture, Sports and Responsibility team.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As this year our Agriculture School got ICAR accreditation, the fees have peaked a little compared to other previous year's fees. The fees are very much affordable which includes the course fees and the hostel fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The college constantly provides and lets us informed about every available scholarships via mail. The students have to submit the required documents in order to avail the scholarships. Our Respected Dean motivates students for the scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

Talking about labs, we have state of the art labs with almost every equipment available for giving practical knowledge to the students. The labs are well maintained by both the lab assistants and the students. Extra activities are being successfully carried out by the CSR team.

Hostel Facilities

2

I have opted for hostel. As most of the students are from different places of India, the college provides a good hostel facility which has been proven reliable for the students. There are 4 hostels for 4 different years of Agriculture students and other hostels for other students from different streams.

Alumni/Alumna

The Alumni network of the college is strong. The senior students help the junior students whenever they need help. Some Passed out students also join this college afterwards and help the students with their mental health, studies and career.

Admission

Saw ad in newspaper, went to college for on site admission, after fees payment and admission there was an orientation program held in campus for 5 days. After the orientation program classes started.

Faculty

5

Very good faculties. The faculties mainly focus on practical knowledge. So they try to give both practical and theory knowledge. They are caring and loving faculties. They are very good faculties overall

Course Curriculum Overview:

As India is a agricultural country most people depends on agriculture so I choose this course that I think it might have more scope. Through this course we covered both theory as well as practical,we plants crops prepare field ,apply manures to soil, irrigate the field. The difficulty is not too hard and there are about 4 exam in a year which is very good. In this course we must visit the village and interact with village people know their problems and try to find solutions. In our college we are less interactive with village farmers.

We become eligible for placement after 3yrs of college. the college provides various opportunities to participate in various internships and help to collect certificates which helps in good cv reports. After completing the course there are many opportunities available for agriculture students after bsc. So I will try for competitive jobs after my completion of my BSc.
