Course Curriculum Overview

5

I would rate the course curriculum as good and relevant.I chose this course because it covers core subjects like programming, mathematics, data structures and ai fundamentals .It builds strong theoretical knowledge but practical exposure depends on self learning.Exams are semester based with internals and finals ,and they are moderately difficult.more hands on projects would improve the curriculum further.

Internships Opportunities

5

My college provides good internship opportunities, especially for students in the 6th and 7th semesters. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, and startups visit or collaborate with students for internships. Roles offered usually include Software Developer Intern, Data Analyst, AI/ML Intern, and Web Developer positions, most of which provide a stipend ranging from ?8,000–15,000 per month depending on the company and duration. Internship projects often involve developing software applications, data analysis, machine learning model implementation, and database management. Outcomes include enhanced technical skills, project experience for resumes, and exposure to real-world work environments. Students also get mentorship from both faculty and industry professionals, which helps in understanding professional expectations and improving employability.

Placement Experience

5

Placements in my college are good and steadily improving.Students become eligible from the 7th semester.Reputed companies such as TCS ,Infosys, wipro, accenture and cognizant visit the campus. The highest package is around 24lpa with average package 11lpa.A good number of students secure placements each year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am pursuing B.Tech in Artificial intelligence and Data Science. The fee structure is collected yearly and remains mostly similar throughout the course with a small increase every year.In my category the fees I paid is 86050 per year. The yearly fee mainly includes tution fees.

Campus Life

5

My campus Life experience has been positive and balanced. The annual cultural fest is usually held between February-Marchwhile technical events and workshops take place around September -november.the library has sufficient textbooks, internet access, and proper seating and labs have the required software and systems.Sports like cricket, volleyball, badminton and indoor games are available.Technical clubs, cultural clubs, and NSS activities involve students and help improve teamwork and leadership skills.

Admission

I choose this college because it offered my preferred course Btech in AI & DS,at a reasonable fee and with descent academic support.I applied to other colleges, but some had higher cutoffs or higher fees so I could not choose them.I missed a few colleges due to rank limitations and high competition. The admission process was simple.

Faculty

5

The faculty and student ratio in my college is approximately 1:20 which allows students to interact with teachers when needed.I particularly like my maths lecturer senior faculty as she explained concepts clearly using real life examples and problem solving methods. Some faculty members whose teaching methods were more theory oriented and fast paced which made understanding difficult at times. The course structure follows a semester system with two semesters per year. The marking scheme is fair and transparent, combining internal and external marks

Night Life

5

The nightlife around my college is moderate and safe, with most campus facilities closing by 8–9 PM. The library and gym close by evening, while hostels and cafeterias remain accessible until 10 PM, giving students time to study or relax. Most students unwind by spending time in hostel common areas, group discussions, or gaming zones. Popular hangout spots inside campus include the cafeteria, auditorium, and open gardens. Nearby cafes, food joints, and shopping areas provide options outside campus for casual meetups. The locality is generally safe at night, and students often go in groups. These experiences help build friendships, reduce stress, and make college life enjoyable beyond academics.

Yes the placements are good in my college but for the students who study well , the collge almost have 5k students strength in final years it not possible to give all the students high paying jobs since the companies who pay higher recruit less students , But most of students are being placed but for low packages In the end of 3rd year the placements are started and most important thing is students are categorised by their CGPA so maintaining 9+ Cgpa is very important for high paying jobs There are almost more than 100 companies which visit our college and i dont the exact numbers , The highest package obtained by our college student is 80 lpa

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.
