GMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY provides good internship opportunities through its placement cell strating from 5th sem to 7 th semester.Mandatory short term after 2nd year and optional after 6 month in final year.More than 50 companies offer roles.Key ones are include TCS, worked on web or app projects and built tools and skills.Amazon :ade intern, stipend Higher,worked on embedded systems.Gmr group core internships.

Gmrit placements are excellent and eligible from 7th semester, over 90 + companies visited in 2024-25 highest packages of ?40 lakhs per annum from Amazon and overall of 90% approximately 700+ students are placed.So the strategy is an in campus.

I choose GMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY for ECE over srkr, aditya etc due to its greenery campus,modern infrastructure, supportive faculty, strong placements, cooperating faculty, excellent placement record of 90 percent and promixity to home.Eamcet rank of less than 10k got me here,but i couldn't get premier seats in vit-ap,and SRM ap , JNTUK joining through ap EAMCET counselling.

Gmr institute of technology faculty insights according to my college management details are total 227 faculty for 3600 students ratio is good.The faculty are friendly and highly qualified.The best candidates are for in depth practically application instruction are phd holders .Less favoured are overall mid,few complaints of using ppt styles.exams are pertinent.

Night life in gmrit is quiet and laid back in the rural setting of rajam with no parties and clubs.Activites to destress between classes are group study, movies, hostels,gym, ground walks.Dhanams and hangouts are canteen (around 8pm), ground, common rooms, outside rajam are food stalls, resturants.Gym and library,cafes closes between 8-9 pm.
