My college review

I think they should focus more on practical knowledge rather tahn teaching theory. More sessions should be there so that students can learn more about real worls4amd can solve problems that they mught face in future. The frequency of exam is good as we have two insems which comes in two month's.

As a second year student, i didn't get any opportunity till now but im looking forward to in next year as they provide placemmet and training in last year and as off now ju gets many companies like hp , infosys etc but all of these companies have high expectations and are having criteria for slection and only few students get to the interview round and these companies are in need for limited students which is a can as there are many students

There are many companies that visited our university like amazon, deloitte, google,Microsoft, TCS, hcl tech etc. The highest placement of these year was 33 lpa and average was 7-8 lpa. These year our university got 1200+ offers and still counting. The companies mostly select based on skills and not cgoa, so if you have enough skills then you can easily clearly interviews and get placement.

Being honest, my yearly fees is same for all four years, but only for the first year it was 10000 more as the registration. And in our university we are given some addition scholarship for paying the fees early . This is good for some students as they got some scholarship and some relief too . Registration fee was 10000 only Hostel fees was 120000 which is actually a good amount as we get 1 seperate room so that we can study well and food is also good of this university as compared to other universtiy Addition fees is not taken from us , everything is included in tutuion fees only , Being honest i am not in friend circle with all categories students . So i dont know anything about it About the scholarship, students with 75 above marks get 20 -30 percentage of the scholarship and that scholarship is applied in even sem , Yearly fees is divided into 2 sem half amout in odd sem and half in even sem . And also the marks of jee also matters . Like above 70 get some relief. Attendance is mandatory in our university, like those who has scholarship then they should maintain percentage Attendance as well as 75 percentage above marks in each subject else scholarship will cancle . In our university, we have various events like ju rhythm which is a cultural fests in which we have technical, sport's, e sports , concerts, comedy nights , dj nights etc. Innov8 which is an technical events and you will get many technical events like code hunt etc. Ju verve , homecoming which was an sports events in which there are many team's from outside and even from our university.

Hostel facility is not very good, we get two options one of ac or non ac and three seater or four seater. There are flats which have four rooms per flat, cleanings serivice is provided, rooms are small and there are two washrooms per flat. Hostels are cleaned on daily basis and there is one bed , one table and one almirah provided by hostel and also mattress. Wardens are strict and we have guards who roam in the corridor every day and night.

I applied for other colleges as well like Poornima college but i liked these university because of its placement ratio, campus and events. The admission process was easy, we just needed to pay the fees at the time of admission itself. Eligibility is 60% in your board's and many exams are accented like jee and scholarships is also provided if you get good marks in your competetive exams.

We have exams per semester, we have two insems per semester and one final exam. Two insems are of 40 marks and one final exam is of 100 marks. The exams are easy and mostly dependant on assignments that are provided by faculties

There are two gyms in our university one in boys hostel, and one in girls hostel . One big cafeteria where you'll get branch of domino's, chai garam ,the waffle co , burger singh, moti mahal and divine dosa. We have a branch of NBC too in our engineering block. In hostel, girls can stay upto 9 PM and boys can stay upto 10 PM . Famous hangout places in our university are central lawn, cafeteria and the whole campus itself. The locality is safe for everyone as there are guards and the campus is secure to roam till specified time.
