Remarks

The college is progressing really well and trying to give the students the best they can. This is absolutely appreciated and going this to be going on consistently. So that students also get the encouragement to perform.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Thats pretty good. As of now college is been affiliated with Dbatu University so its getting more practical in certain things.the structure of learning ajd perceiving is changed to some effect which is much beneficial though.

Placement Experience

3.5

They are not the best but not the worst though. But the placement percentage is increasing every year. Our college doesn't provide internship in here but through having certain friendships with people and companies round here the institute arranges industrial training to students round here in the city.

College Events

4.5

We have all the events been celebrated in our college. The major ones are namely the quest, traditional day, rose and chocolate day, saare and sherwani day, sports week, gathering, etc and all the national and cultural events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible.according to me as of the level of the college and the facilities provided the fee amount is affordable. Also the institute is govt aided so you can apply for all sorts of scholarships and reservations.

Fees and Financial Aid

The institute is aided so you have all the government scholarships available here. Namely EBC, Freeship, punjabrao, etc for application the student needs to submit all the required documents at the right time and be updated about the notifications regarding the same.

Campus Life

They are much better. We have all the required labs updated with all the required technical support. All the Activities are equally given support and encouragement. Sports dept works really well as requirement.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. They are truly helpful in making decisions regarding the courses to be selected and being active in the college departmental as well as institute level events and chores. Getting things done a easier way helps.

Admission

By government cap round process you can apply for this college by filling the name of the college in your college priority form during the admission process. And also can keep the highest priority for the course you wish to take admission in.

Faculty

4.5

We have got the most experienced faculty in the city. In every branch of our college provides we have the most experienced faculty. They are encouraging and helpful in every abject a student needs. So yes without second thought we have one of the best facilities in the city.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

No, I didn't avail any quota for admission. Admission criteria for candidates are that they must have completed 10+2 and must have a valid score in MHT-CET or JEE MAINS. KBP- THEN NOW FOREVER

The Good aspects of the college were the experienced faculty that it has. The faculty for mechanical engineering department has a minimum experience of 5 years and maximum experience of 32 years in teaching. And also another good aspect is the location of the college. The location is especially benificial for mechanical engineers as the MIDC of the city is like 1 km away from the college because of which there is good industrial exposure. One bad aspect of the college is the mediocre infrasturcture of the college. Regarding the admission process, the process is relatively fast and if any query arises, the faculty are more than happy to help anyone in the situation....Read More

It is one of the oldest and renowned colleges in all of western Maharashtra. During the 90s it was among the top 3 colleges in western Maharashtra. The faculty here are very well versed in the subject they teach. Today around 50% of the faculty here have a experience of above 20 years. The college is also very well placed in terms of location. The main MIDC of the city is located just 2km away from the college, due to which there is ample chance of practical exposure for the students. All the seniors as well as juniors study together, bullying thing is not at all a thing in the college, atmosphere in college is always very energetic no matter what is the weather outside. No one will regret the 4 years they spend at this college....Read More
