Remarks

Generally college do not offers support to its students when they need any help.Due to this reason, the students and management are not having a good bond.Due to this ,college is unable to produce output as per expectation.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course curriculum is strictly based on Dr.A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University ,Lucknow syllabus. There are two kinds of exams happen, one is internal examination and other one is external examination. There are generally three exams in internal examination, two minor tests and one pre University examination out of which best two are selected.

Placement Experience

1.5

The placement and job opportunities are quite low mainly for core branches like civil ,mechanical.Only few companies arrives in the campus which belongs to management, sale etc. Those companies who usually visit college campus generally recruit IT ,CS student.

College Events

2

Generally a College Fest called Gyan Jyoti is organised annually.I tis cultural & technical fest. Mainly it is focused on cultural events and few technical events are organised.Gyan Jyoti act as platform for student to showcase their talent.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is neither high nor low.It is within a affordable range.Generally 1.1 lakh fees is for college along with 21,000 transportation fees and 73000 for hostel fees.Scholarship is also awarded to some weaker sections to support their economic condition.

Fees and Financial Aid

College generally offers no scholarship to its students.Scholarship is given by Uttar pradesh state government for weaker economic and social students via Samaj kalyan vibhag. The scholarship ranges from 50,000 to 1 lakh as per economic conditions of students.

Campus Life

1.5

If we talk about extracurricular activities in colleges. So college offers very minute activities like NCC ,cricket etc. If we talk about labs the condition is not quiet good. Most of the instruments installed in labs are not working properly.

Hostel Facilities

2

I have opted hostel.Hostel can be given zero number in terms of facilities ,food and half marks for accomodation purpose. The quality of mess food is too low.Internet facilities is also provided to students via lan wire.Only a good thing is that 24 hour electricity services.

Alumni/Alumna

If we talk about alumni network and senior students,it is also not in good condition. We don't have any connection with them (neither directly nor indirectly ).The college do not focus on such issues due to this we are lacking in placement opportunities.

Admission

I have been alloted Hindustan college of science and technology through UPSEE (uttar pradesh state engineering examination )counselling in which I have got mechanical engineering branch with fee waiver seat.

Faculty

2.5

The college faculty can be given average number for studies.Mostly teachers are directed to complete their course irrespective of focusing on studies of students. Some time teachers are unable to finish exam course on time. Many teachers are not specialist in their subject still they are teaching that subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of course is very comprehensive and relevant and follows all the guidelines that are given by university. My reason for choosing this was how it delves and prepares us for the management world which is one thing that I'm passionate about and want to take on in future. The curriculum is so apt because it isn't just theoretical, it prepares you equally on how to take on the real world problems after graduation. The curriculum includes subjects as English proficiency and personality development where a special attention is given on your soft skills and to make you confident enough in communication. There are classes for computers to teach to necessary tools like excel etc . The teachers use myriad ways to teach like group discussion, ppt , lectures , board etc. I feel i don't thing that there's any need of improvement as such of now in the curriculum. The exams are held 3 times in a semester which is of 4 to 5 months. One is the internak exam which is of 25 marks. The second is the pre university exam which happens before the semester exam which is of 75 marks. The last and the main exam is the semester exam which is of 75 marks. The 25 marks are on the basis of internal and put exam and hwi the student has performed in them . The exams are easy to take if the course is completed and the student has studied well and is through the syllabus nicely. The paper is overall easy to medium however there are one or two questions to test the aptitude overall

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is good but i belive there should be more flexibility and more diverse topics should be taught as i mentioned earlier there should be something related to drama and skit and acting as it enriches the creative side of the students and also it is very necessary for a management student to have a creative skills too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Placement Experience:

Students from third year have started getting Pre-Placement Offers, but many of those are majorly due to their own accomplishments. Students get ample amount of time to intern at various law firms and courts, to secure a PPO on their own. In addition to this, the Internship and Placement Committee, often comes in aid to secure PPOs for the students of the graduating batch.
