Course Curriculum Overview

4

Specific Aspects That Influenced the Decision For students choosing a professional or certificate course, the curriculum usually becomes the deciding factor based on three key pillars: Job-Oriented Specific Skills: The primary influence is the curriculum's direct focus on market-based, job-ready skills (e.g., Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing tools). Unlike a traditional degree, the appeal is that every module must be immediately applicable to a job. Portfolio Development: Students are heavily influenced by modules that are project-based or require them to build a portfolio (like a website, a code repository, or a marketing plan). The curriculum must be designed to result in tangible work that can be shown to employers. Industry Certification Alignment: If the course prepares students for an external, recognized industry certificate (like CCNA, MCP, or Google/Meta certificates), the curriculum's strict adherence to that certification standard is a major influence. 2. Preparation for Real-World Applications The curriculum of a successful short-term course is designed to excel specifically in preparing students for real-world applications. Curriculum Improvements Mandatory Soft Skills Integration: While technical skills are a focus, the curriculum should mandate dedicated modules on non-technical, yet critical, job skills like: Professional Communication and Email Etiquette Team Collaboration and Project Management (Agile/Scrum basics) Interview Preparation and Mock Interviews Industry Feedback Loop: Establish a more frequent and formal system to update the curriculum based on current industry demands, possibly involving an advisory board of employers or recent alumni.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for courses at mdu university appears to be for short-term professional certification and diploma programs. The course duration was 3 years and the fees of the course is yearly. The fees of the first year was 16800 and the fees of the second year was nearly 18300 and the fees of the final year was nearly 20000. Scholarship details - The university offers various internal and external scholarship opportunities, often focused on merit and need.

Campus Life

5

The annual and technical festivals are diwali, holi, bhaidooj, raksha Bandhan, teej, navratri, lohri, makarsakranti. There are all types of books available in the college library like science, maths, geography, english, hindi, environment, computer etc. There are many technologies posters in our classroom wall. The campus provide the sports items like football cricket kit basketball badminton. No in my contacts no one can run social groups, clubs.

Admission

I applied in only 2 college and I choose this college because it was a decent college in our city. There was a big playground in the college the teachers was pretty good of this college. No I haven't a rejection on other colleges the reason I couldn't choose the second college is the college has a far distance from my village and there were no staying availability. The addmission process of my College was very easy firstly apply online in the website of our college and the eligibility of our college is 75% marks in 12th. The experience of the admission was pretty good.

Faculty

5

This is an excellent set of questions, as the quality of the faculty and the student-teacher interaction are crucial for your academic experience. Specific Ratio: A specific, official, institute-wide faculty-to-student ratio (e.g., 1:15 or 1:20) for our college was not published in the available public information. Students appreciate faculty who are easily accessible both during and outside of class for doubts, advice, and general guidance. Faculty who teach complex or technical subjects but are unable to present the material in a clear, understandable, or organized way. There are 5 exams in per semester in this course and the exams was pretty good not so easy and not so hard. Nearly 20% students are fail to pass the exams.

Night Life

4

There was no gym and cafeteria in our college. The library closing time is 5 pm. The campus timing in morning was 9am and closing time in evening was 5 pm. The hostel closing timing was 9 pm. There are many hangout places inside and outside in the college like inside college canteen and the big playground and library. In outside there are city Mall, theatre, market and museum. The area of our college was pretty good there are all students safe inside and outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced because I wanted to study more about how a person makes decisions, form perception and how a person's mind works . The curriculum prepares us for real world as we study about different aspects of psychology. The curriculum can be improved a little by adding a elective course in which we can get a little experience and arranging trips . The exams are not too difficult or too easy , just in perfect depth of the subject.
