Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is fairly comprehensive and covers the fundamental concepts needed to build a strong base in the subject. One of the reasons I chose this course was the inculsion of both theoritical and practical components which ensure that students get exposure to real world application rather than relying solely on textbooks. The presence of core subjects elective and hands on assignments made the curriculum appealing and relevent. The exam system typically includes internal assessments and end semester exams, conducted at regular intervals .Internals usually involve assignments class tests and attendance weightage while the main exams text conceptual understanding. The difficulty level is moderate. Overall The curriculum is relevent and valuable.

Placement Experience

4

The placements at my college are reasonably good and have been improving over the years.Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semesters. The placement cell provides regular trainig sessions in aptitude, communication skills and technical subjects, which help students prepare well fr the recruiment. A number of companies visit campus for hiring inclding TCS,Wipro,Infosys,Accenture ,Capgemini,HCL and few startups offering roles in SD, testing. cybersecurity. The number of offers varies each year but on an average, eac major recruiter selects 20-40 students depending on performance and requiements The highest package usually ranges between 7-10LPA, offered mainly by product based companies. The average package tends to lie between 3-4.5 lpa mostly from It service based companies. Around 60-70% of students typically get placed through campus drive. As for my personal plans after completing the degree I aim to gain industry experiance by securing a role in SD or DS.

Fees and Financial Aid

At Mdu fee structure is designed to be relatively affordable with most charges remainig fairly stable over the years except for small revision made through the university's annual fee-fund circulars. In the first year students gennerally pay the highest amount because it includes the one time charges such as the admission or registration fee , a refundable cauthion money deposit of around 500 and other essentials like the youth welfare fee, development fee , insurance charges and exam fees. From the second year onward the reduce because only tution fee , continuation fee , lap and practical charges and annual university funds are payable. Overall while the exact fee components differ slightly from course to course the university fee structure fee structure has remained largely steady and students from varoious backgrounds benefit from multiple financial aid opportunities.

Campus Life

3

My overall experience with campus life has been quiete positive expecially in tems of the social enviroments , club activities and infrastructure provided to students. The college hosts several events throughout the year that create an engaging atmosphere on campus .The major annual cultural festival is Youth fest generally held in Nov and it includes music drama dance and varous competition. The library is one of the strongest aspect of the campus . I has wide reange of textbooks, referance books research journals newsparepers. Classroom infrastructure is fairly modern.

Admission

I chose this college because it offered the right balance of affordability, academic structure and overall learing environment compared to other colleges I had applied to . I had also applied to a few nearby universities and private institutions and although some of them had better infrastructure their fee was slightly higher. I did face rejection from one institute due to not meeting their cuttoff by a small margin. Although slightly disappointing at the time,It helped me understand where I needed improvement and reinforces the idea that choosing a college is not just about clearing cutoof ut finding long term fit The admission process here was smooth and systematic. Students are required to meet the eligibilty criteria based on the previous academic performance and appear for theaccepted entrance exams according to their course.

Faculty

3

The faculty ratio in my college is quite balanced which allows most teacher to give additional attention whenever needed .Overall the faculty members are approachable supportive and willing to guide students both inside and outside the classroom. Most teachers axplain concepts clearly and are open to doubts which creates a positive learning environment. I particulary appreciated teachers whi used practical examples encourages class participation and shared real world insights that made the subject easier to understand.

Night Life

4

The nightLife around the college is fairly relaxed and student friendly becomes quiter after evening hours. Most on campus facilities like gym central library and cafeterias usually close by 7-8pm so students tend to finish their their study or workout session before that.Hostel timing are generally around 7 8 pm for girls and slightly lateer for boys.

teaching aspect, exam conduction is fine. except they can give more break (1 or 2 day) between exams, rest all is good. The exams are not that difficult. The level i would say on a scale of 1 to 10, is around 6.

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I thought I would have a wide range of options to choose from later. This curriculum prepares us moderately I will say. Academically subjects are what we need, but I feel semesters are too short to complete everything. while semester we are like rushing first minor then within a month we have majors. it feels too overwhelming as we have to do subjects like cs gp too. which take a lot of time. then assignments. then lab workbooks are to be completed then we have to complete the syllabus and then minor and after a month only we have majors it is very hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had interest in full stack development, wanted to create websites. This course has collaboration with Xebia which provides a better learning approach for full stack No much improvement if the teacher appointed is great Timings of exam is really average but it is somewhat easy. Lookout for some exams because the faculty sometimes makes tough and tricky paper just to fail students
