Course Curriculum Overview

In my opinion the course curriculum in term of relevance and comprehensiveness is awesome. University make activities that is based on real word and it increases the strength of student . The teaching methods for all the departments is same . The frequency and timings of exam is not systematic.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 165000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities available with college is good . Now cohort 13 is live and many students of our college is want to grab the opportunity to get selected for the internship program. Projects make a big role to get placed in companies for higher package

Placement Experience

Placements for the college is highly among all the universities of noida . Student become eligible for campus placement to the 5th , 6th semester. There are many companies like wipro , tcs , infosys visited in high number . The average package for tcs is 4 to 6 lpa . 30% students get placed .

Fees and Financial Aid

The average Fees for btech for all departments is around 160000-180000 , 25000 is admission fees and rest is tution fees teh cautios fees is around 2000. Lab fees is including in tution fees . Don't know about concession for sc/st categories . Amount of scholarship is around 50-60k per year

Campus Life

Now I am in 3rd year and my overall experience with campus life is not so good. In university festivals are held every month. In our campus there is 3 block which have library and there is large number of books provided by the college . In sport department the craze is less .

Admission

I didn't apply for any colleges so I didn't get any rejection from any college. The admission process of college is first you have to do online registration and wait for offer letter . The eligibility is you had get 75% in pcm in 12th class for the btech cse .

Faculty

Faculty of galgotias university is good . Some faculties are average but maximum faculty are good . I don't want to mention faculties name .in a semester there is a mid term examination then end term examination .

Night Life

Favorite hangout spots in gr noida is near parichawk . student unwind after a day of classes to smoke cigerettes outside the college . Inside the university there is only a cafeteria which is very expensive . Whole noida is safe to roam around the night

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

From 3rd year students are eligible for getting placements . In 2024 year 150+ companies visited our institute and offered more than 750+ jobs. The highest Job offered was 39 LPA by Autodesk. and the lowest was 3 LPA. Average package is 4 LPA . Almost 50% of the students got placed . HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
