This is the Honest Review-Galgotias University

One of the primary reasins i chose this cource was the focus on the emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from early age. The curriculam does offers a good theoritical base inculdes project-based learning, which encorages hands-on experience through design, prototyping, and programming courses. Improvements: Introduce AI-tools and morden frameworks earlier in the course Making mini projects mandatory for each Semester Exams - twice a year Mid-term exam and the End-term-Exams in these both an internal assessment is included and a Practical exam for the ETE. Difficulty is Moderate

In Internship area It gets weak as they provide very basic Internship. You have to work hard to get a good internship on your own. I have built several projects like- Brian(web Browser), FPV drone, Event management website and A freelancing platform

From 6th semester the students get placement drive and get jobs in their hand by the end of that semester. Galgotias have good connections and bring the best companies like microsoft. One of my seniors, actually two got placed in Microsoft with package of 34LPA About 60% of the students gets Placed.(All on the basis of skills ) After I get the degree I am plnning to apply for Masters.

Yearly fee-1,70,000 Rs for B.Tech CSE Scholarship- 34% of the total fee (General), 40% of the total fee (SC/ST) Tution fee-1,50,000-1,55,000Rs Exam fee-15,000 Rs Scholarship Criteria - Cuet Scrore card(14,000 Rs), Jee-mains Scrore card(15,000Rs) Only problem with the Fee is, you have to give fee of every other years fee in advance. Suppose I am in 2nd year and they Ask me to deposit the 3rd year fee in the 3dh semester as advance.(Only con of this fee structure)

Every day in Galgotia's is festival and there is event organised approx very month like Hackathons, sports event, Go-cart racing, Fresher Party and other things also by the Student council. There are so many clubs in the Student council and can apply in any of them by just giving a Interview.

Fee was in my Budget. Infrastructure is good. Good reputation. Good placement opportunities. Active Learning Concept. I applied for the VIT- vellore and BITs PIlani The one was is south so I avoided it beacause of the language barrier and the other one was not in my budget. 65% in PCM in class 12th or Good Jee- mains score- Galgotias University and in other universities I mentioned, they required a exam for the admission. Admission process is pretty much transparent and the staff is cooperating and help out evry parents issue.

2:10 is the faculty to student ratio. Every faculty have a respectful attitude towards the students and they are really coperating. I like a Verbal teachers attitude as she never looked down to any student. Talking about the qualification of the faculty, they all have done phd in their subject, if not then some of them have studied from some respected institutes like IITs and DU etc. Each and every faculty was good to me. Exams Criteria -75% attendance Exam Structure 2-Internal asessment (25 marks) each subject 1-Mid-term-Exams (50 marks) each subject Externals/ Practicals(25marks) each subject End-term-Exam (100 marks) each subject These exams are a bit difficult and requires the whole knowledge of the particular subject. Suppose there are 1,00,000 students 4000 fail to clear the exam (included from all the cources). I would say Course Curriculum is bit out-dated like the other institutes as they teach most of the important things at the last like they taught us about the react.js in 3 year, eventhough it does not require that much effort. I did face a GD and I was supposed to speak about the "Reservation" although they did'nt taken any mock interview. Criteria- >=65% marks in PCM in 12th or Good Jee- mains Score, Cuet score There was no such rounds, I got admission on the basis of the 12th marks, other than that are required for the concession in fee.

The main Hangout spot is the Cafeteria and the playground where we can sit and eat. Hostel timing-6:00 am to 7:00 pm no entry allowed after that. Campus stays open till 9:00pm and opens at 6:00 am morning Library is there, Gym is in D block and the locality is safe if you dont do things you are not supposed to do.
