- Sometimes Classes timing was very difficult to attend there will be 2/3 hours gap between classes.
- Morning classes in winters are very difficult to attend.
- There will be no NOC will provided by the university in 3rd year.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course packs are very helpful for us and it includes all the topics which are relevant and important in term of examinations and placements.We have sufficient time for the study before exams.University gives us holiday for the preparation of mid term and end term examination.
Fees and Financial Aid
My total course fee of 4 year B.tech program was 656000. If we calculate yearly then it was ?164000 per year.Im first year there will be some miscellaneous charges of ?2000 for Identity card and some other charges.
Campus Life
Unifest is the biggest fest which held in the month of march-april every year.Freshers party and pre freshers party was also held by the Student Council of Galgotias University. There are many clubs which comes under the student council like cyber cell,Galgotias management club,Galgotias dance crew,lingofreks and many others clubs which comes together and make all the events enjoyable and entertaining.
Admission
I choose Galgotias University because the infrastructure and the teaching methods both are very impressive.Galgotias University introduced India's first Active Learning Ecosystem which was adopted by the other international universities like nanyang technology university of singapore.Admission process is not very long.It includes a online registration form after submitting the registration form you will get a offer letter from the university in 10-15 days.After getting the offer letter you have to come to university and complete your admission along with all the documents you hava uploaded in the online registration form.
Faculty
Faculties are of very understanding nature but some faculties was not understand the students.There was a mid term,2 internal assessments and 1 end term examination in each semester.Mid term is of 50 marks,IAs is of 25-25 each and End Term is of 100 marks.Marking system from some faculty is not satisfying.
Night Life
Night life is very impressive inside the university for the hostellers.All the buildings are decorated with lights which was a beautiful view in night. Gym,cafeteria are also provided by the university for the hostellers. Night life outside the university campus is not safe because streets are not safe at night.
