- Affordability of fees is certainly the best thing about our college as it's because of that we have students never complained about the same.
- World class infrastructure and it's School of Law is now ranked better than its MBA department.
- Out of all the students nearly 60-65% were placed and rest were assigned for further studies.
Dislikes
- No hostels and that's an issue as we are outsiders and finding independent accomodation is tough in Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well, there was nothing more influential than that Balck court. Two days in a week we are asked to wear that and I am so happy that this is the case. Areas of improvement would be definitely course more refined and adding more law subjects in the initial years.
Placement Experience
At IIMT School of Law placements are better than many law colleges. Last year only around 60-65% students were placed and even though salary offered was quite less but atleast getting direct jobs itself is a huge achievement when number of law students and law colleges are increasing by the day.
Fees and Financial Aid
Ideal Institute of Management and Technology of Delhi offers BA LLB program and the fees for the same is 1.08 lakhs a year. I joined in 2022 and back then it was 97000 so the fees has increased by 5k a year since then.
Campus Life
We have two fests namely Gyaan Manthan and Navotsav. Both are amazing as Navotsav marks culture celebrations while Gyaan Manthan have a lot of competitions and all. Students from other colleges of GGSIPU are invited and are also given a fair chance. So our college is accomodative and has many things which not many colleges can even offer.
Admission
Admission process is through IPU University entrance examination as CLAT score is not valid and only IPU University entrance is considered. I applied for NLUs as well and VIPS too was in my target area but just couldn't get admission there as my score in both the entrance was not good enough to get admission there.
Faculty
IITM is affiliated to GGSIPU and faculties of our university are as good as DU university. So yes one can complain and can say that our faculties are not at par with them. However I have finished three years now and I won't complain the same.
Night Life
There are no hostels and college ends at 4 pm mostly. The Akshardham Temple of Delhi is close to our college and is one of the most peaceful place close to college as it's an industrial area. Cafe Bree Wink and Boogie Woogie Cafe & Bar is also amazing.
