Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is fairly structured and covers the necessary academic concepts. It provides decent foundation, but when it comes to real world applications or further academic pursuits, students often needs to put extra effort in their own through projects, internships, or online courses. Exam schedule is balanced with one internal and one end semester exam per subject. Exams are managable with consistent study.. However Curriculum could be improved by updating it to align better with current industry trends and including more practical, hands on learning approaches
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities start from 7th semester, various mass recruiters, few product based companies visit campus. Highest package is around 15 to 17 LPA. Average is 4 to 6 LPA. 50-60 % students get placed, including on campus and off campus(2025 batch so market is challenging at our time so less % is there is chances of increasing in future for autonomous batch). Few students plan for higher studies. I got placement through on campus opportunity
Fees and Financial Aid
the annual college fees for our college vary based on students category. For open category students fees range from 1.28 to 1.29 lakhs per year(Autonomous batch), while students under OBC/EBC/SEBC/EWS (male) pay around 76677 per year. Female students from reserved catgories like OBC/EBC/EWS and students under NT/VJ/SBC/TFWS benefit from significant waivers, paying approx 24503 per year. SC/ST students pay the least around 8,851 per year and J&K PMSSS students pay about 33351 per year. Personally, I paid aroud 60K - 66K per year after availing EBC scholership, where as original fee without scholerships was around 1.12- 1.17 lakhs per year(Not Autonomous batch). In addition to gov scholerships, students can also apply for Panjabrao deshmukh hostel scholership based on there rent agreement.
Campus Life
My overall campus life experience was decent. I made some good and had memorable moments. Club involvements is average there are few active technical and cultural clubs, but participation depends on personal intrest, Classroom are equipped with basic technology like projectors and wifi. college annual fest, sports usually held in january to March. Average expericne in campus life
Admission
I applied to PCCOE, PCCOER, DY Patil, Bharati Vidhyapeeth, Modern College but based on my CET score I got admission here. I chose This college due to placement support is nice(Expect current market situation), affordable fees for non autonomous batch and decent academic envirorment. The admission process follows CET cell guidelines, based on MHT-CET/ JEE scores through CAP rounds. Management quota is also there
Faculty
The faculty student ratio is decent, most professors are approachable ans supportive, especially during project work and submissions. few professors stand out for their teaching clarity and involvement but like any college some are less engaging. The course structure is good, exams follow semester pattern, with 1 internal unit tests one final exam(*Different for Autonomous batch). Few students struggles with studies and technical subject. The curriculum is moderately relevant, though some part could be updated to match industry needs
Night Life
Campus nightlife is no more, students have to explore on there own, nighlife is not active but you can create your own fun with the right circle. Hostel is not attached so dont expect much in night life and college dont allow entry in night
