All about IIPE

As I am a chemical engineering student so i chosed it beacuse it has a good and secure future and in our college they have only three btech course chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and petrolium engineering .So we have only three btech course and with a strength of approximately 130 student in each year .Our colleges focus on core branches and help us to make capable of doing good in companies and industries.We have good labs with good infrastructure and lots of equipment and there are lots of lab assistant who helps us to do experimets correctly.

Our college offers summer internship programme(SIP) starting from 2nd and 3rd yar students it is for 8 weeks . many majotr oil gas companies participate in this like ONGC, HPCL, GAIL IOCL etc . thet percentage of summer internship is 100 percents almost every student got an intership programme its is very good thing .Students got lot of practical knowlage there and got experince of work . placement primarily focus on core engineering roles within the oil and gas industry , with some students also finding opportinities in related feld like data analytics.

Placement percentage is very good it is approx 95 percent with the average place of 9LPA which is not that bad but some students got placement belo 5 or 6 lpa and the hieghest pakage of our college is about 23 LPA .Overall every student got campus placements and there is very rare chance that student didnt got placed some students also choose to do higher studies . Companies which comes for placements are ONGC , HPCL ,PSU , IOCL, haliburton ,wipro , L&T hydrocarbon,HMEL etc . After my degree if i will get decent pakage then i will join company otherwise i will prepare for gate exam.

I pay 150000 per year as ution fees because i belong to general category . fee structure is different for all categories like for general candidate it is 150000 per year and for obc ( income between 2 to 5lakh) 2/3 of annual fees for obc (income below 1 lakh ) no tution fees and for st/sc no tution fees . Some of my batchmates belongs to sc /st and obc so they got full fee wavier they dont have to pay any tution fees as i mentiond above . student got scholarship according to their category i mention above

First of all we dont have our permanent campus we are sharing a building with Andhra university .Our permanenst campus of 200 acers is about to ready in mid 2025 so we are planning to shift there by the end of 2025. As we dont have permanent campus so we dont have good campus life but yes we have clubs LIKE MAD club , litreature, litcom club , quiz club , technical club , sports club . For any sport event we often use andhra university ground or any stadium whichever is booked by our college and for fest college provide budget and book venue . So overall with having permanenet campus still we enjoy a lot in college.

Our hostle is the best as compare to any IITs or NITs because it is in the middle of city with beach scene . We got a room sharing with 2 student . we got 2 beds, 2 cupboards , 2 study tables , and one personal washroom for each room. Each room have 1 fan and two windows . registration prosess is simple we have to pay rewuired documents aand fees 34000 for 1 semester incuding security charges .I know it it expensive but it wis worth it . Mess fees is about 5500rs per months it is too expensive and food is also average . meal is so averge accordong to fees we got breakfast , lunch , eveing snacks and dinner .

Actually i had less rank in jee advance exam so i didnt got any IIT in my counselling .Then i got to know about this college from internet . In our college students go admission based on their jee advance rank . So this is how i chosed this college. Our college is as per IITS in academic but the difference is that our college have only core braches so they focus on skills . And the is average placememt is also low as compairing to IITS but in compare to NITs it is smiliar with respective branches Admission process is simle student must have qualified jee advance and have cuttof marks in their 12th board exam as per their category and student should have some document like aadhar card , marksheet , TC , mediccal certificate , bank account , Admission for slip etc. Student have to submit all the required documents in hard copy .

faculty to student ratio is about 1:30 .Faculty is too good there very we have qualified teacing faculty and relationship between faculty and students is also very good we often ask douts and they clear it on the spot .It feels good to have such humble and intelligent professors . I like maths professor beacause he is very harworking he prepare his nots by himself before coming to class and he teaches with very calm so that we all can uunderstand it . I like all faculties but if it is about understanding then i dont like my professor who teaches C programming . May be it is beacuse i m weak in programming .

The only way to get admission in IIPE is test which is JEE ADVANCE . students who qualify this exam can get admission according to their respective rank . process of admission is similar to other government colleges. students need to submit the required documents . such as 10 and 12th marksheet , medical certificate , caste certificate(if have) etc.

Although we dont have campus so there is no nightlife in our college but soon we will shit to our new campus then we will get every fun . Our hostle is about 4km away from college and it os on the beach side so we enjoy the scene of beach daily and in hostle we do a lots of fun we play table tennis, carrom , pc games etc and our night curfew time is 10pm .we roam around beaches after dinner and came to hostle before 10pm.There are lots of places to visit nearby we often go on trip in weekends and enjoy a lot there.
