My college

There Are always many memories in college life. So do I have. There are good memories, bad memories, everything. On the positive side, one thing I liked the most was the course. It was not hard at anytime.

Course covered was good(especially according to distance learning curriculum). Neither too much lengthy which may bore the students many times, not too short which may not be understandable by the students. It was completely up to the mark.

This is a place where I was much disappointed. I was the topper in my time. But there was no placement provided. No internship, no job opportunities, nothing. In fact, being a topper, I tried to consult them whether I could join as faculty but I just got one response- yes. But that never happened.

Since I was in distance learning, I was also doing job along with my studies. Hence I didn't have had time for any such celebrations. And so do the rest of my classmates. And this was known to the management of university. Hence, no celebrations were done.

In today's era, the field of education is never feasible. At least I have not seen such. But yes, the fees was not too much expensive. And according too me, cheap or feasible education in today's era is just a myth.

Honestly speaking, I never knew about this thing at my time. And at that time, I wasn't even sure that whether any kind of thing called education loan existed. U came to know about all these things when I myself joined bank.

Again my answer is the same. Since I was in distance learning, I was also doing job along with my studies. Hence I didn't have had time for any such celebrations. And so do the rest of my classmates. And this was known to the management of university. Hence, no such activities were done.

There is no such culture in distance learning. Alumni meets, helps from senior students, all these things are just dreams. But yes, there was a great bond between all of our classmates. Although we were just 18-20 students only.

I went to the college for my admission. As it was a distance learning university, it didn't required much of extra effort for admission nor any entrance exam was needed. Just submission of all the documents was sufficient enough to get admission.

Distance learning does not required regular attendance in the classes. It was up to the students whether they want to attend the classes or not. Classes were held only on Saturdays and Sundays. So, there was not a lot of interaction between students and teachers. However, it was a very good experience in the whole tenure.
