Course Curriculum Overview
I chose food technology thinking of I want to become a food safety officer. I'm really passionate about my course that's why I chose this. Studying Food technology made me realize I'm in the right path by choosing this prestigious college during my way.
Internships Opportunities
Internship mandatory during year break. I did 3 internship none of them I didn't got stipend. I'm searching for internship with stipend opportunities. But I didn't not got anything till now. I wrote journals and published with Dr c Selvamurugan sir.
Placement Experience
Here Students are eligible for placements when they're in 3rd year of their college degree. There are option for choosing placement. We can go for software or core based on our interest. There are chances of getting placed into MNC during 3rd year of the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am paying 131000 per year which include hostel, placement, tuition and books.20000 for books and IV include in this. 6000 for the placement and 50000 for the tuition fee. The hostel fee is 550000.The fees is got increased in this year for the placement and also in hostel fees.
Campus Life
The annual day Named "D-glitz" was a wonderful program. All of us enjoyed. This is the first time in our college history such a program is happening. Library has all the books related to all the departments.
Admission
I chose this college because of the differences in the college fees. When I'm comparing the tuition fees which is caused for food technology this college has comparatively lesser when comparing with other colleges.
Faculty
The students and the faculties are keeping a good friendship so that we can ask the academic doubts without any fear. I like AP/FT Parvathy Menon because she always help me with all the academic problems and she is really supportive. We'll have two internal exams and one model after that University exams.
Night Life
There's no night life in the campus. Boys do. Girls are only allowed until 6 'o' clock. There's gym in the campus. Students can use the gyms during the sports period. Library periods are also allocating by the time table.
