What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure of the university and the labs and classes are too big
Good atmosphere for students in the campus for eveything
Presence of food court, and all basic amenities such as hospital inside the campus

Dislikes

Big buildings so you have to wait for lifts
Strict dress code otherwise they will send you back even if you have your exam
Not much but still harsh for north Indians to coper-ate with south Indians

•course is divided into modules which make it easy to understand •very well •not much suggestions for improvement • you will have 3 internal exams 1 practical and then end sem exams as external and also model practical

•The hike in tuition fees can be expresses as they provide you top notch labs with the best systems available both in specs and hardware •somewhat around 20 lakhs •A lot of scholarships are available such as if u get less than 10 k rank your 1 year tuition fees will be cancelled

•there are 2 college fests one is Aarush which is a technical fest and the other one is Milan which is a cultural fest •literally the library has 4 floors so a huge variety of books are there •centralised ac in classed, smart boards are there

•science student with pcm ,60% aggregate in PCM in 12 boards •application form is available online,offline they charge around 1200 or 1500 somewhat for application fees •Srm conflicts it's own entrance exam called srmjee through which ranks are prepared and scoring to ranks counselling happens and as per your rank you can choose what course to select

•In a class of 60 students ,2 batches are made and each batch is allotted with one faculty advisor •My faculty was very nice and he had a good approach to teaching methods •The teachers will give you there number and you can contact them easily in their working hours

Our placements are as good as any college or university in India. Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, Deloitte, and any company which is into software comes at our campus for placements. Average stands at 8 lakhs but students of our campus has grabbed packages of 50 LPA as well.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

I chose this because of good placements and they have average of 7.5 lakhs.Compare to vit vellor or any other collage srm has good placements and good way to explore.To get admission we need to pay 10000 rs to lock the seat and then aftee filling the forms we need to pay hostel and collage fees....Read More

Chose SRM University mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent infray,and placement opportunities.I has applied to a few other private universities like VIT Vellore and Manipal University.while I did get a confirmed admission from one,i felt SRM had a more vibrant campus life,better connectivity to Chennai City, and a strong alumni network. I am a dropper, I got 75k something rank but that year cutoff for the colleges in Delhi skyrocketed for general category like nothing before. So I didn't get any college in Delhi, took a drop and applied then here at this college and Amity University Noida. I cleared both bht I preferred this college over Amity University because of many reasons - fees, cultural activities, student crowd, placement.
