During my boards preparation i decided to pursue my career into medical field and help i opted for clinical psychology as the study of human brain and neuro- science were my point of interest.The subject psychology is fascitating for someone who likes to dwell into cognitive functioning of living beings and scoial science as well.In my couse work i opted for Bio psychology, Applied co unselling,Statistics and research metho-dology,Enviro- mental studies,general psycho-logy,health sci ences.Each topic had divided credit points scoring for assig- nments, viva, practical and field work and theory exams.

Internships Opportunities

Students can apply for internships offered by various companies associated with the university.Based on our subjects many accrediated institudes allows students with oppurtunities to intern on their specific field

Placement Experience

After completing graduation our college offers placement programs with various companies they are associated with and students can choose if they are interetsed to start with interviews or if they want to proceed with next level programs further.

Fees and Financial Aid

At Amity university,the fee structure for year-wise is 2.5L for the 3-year bachelor's program.As the 65,000/- tuition fees and the rest of the 16,000/- are included in the registration fees,lab fees,development fees and other complusory charges are included in these fees.For different categories of fees there were scholarships available through entrance exams during registration.A scholarship was given to me in this college based on my 12th-grade percentage.A good amount was waived off.

Campus Life

On-campus safety in Amity university is well-equipped and maintained.Also social and cultural programmes are given good importance along with studies.for students benefits and to maintain extra-curriculum activities for their development.

Admission

When i decided to apply for Amity university i had few criterias on my wishlist for college selected from the very beginning.I checked and verified their teaching faculty.The professors associated with the university and their past experience and field if that suited me for my desired course. i checked for the infrastructure and after course placement assistance from the university for future endeveanours.I also had in mind campus safety and enviroment security before considering admission.Amity fullfilled all the criteria for me

The faculty and student ratio was 1:30. All the faculty members are very helpful and well trained with 10+ years teaching experience.One of my favourite mentor was Dr.Pratiksha Shinde who would be taking Neuropsychology lectures.I can say i have developed immense interest on biopsychology for my mentors way of teaching and clearing the topics to me.For 6 semesters we had total of 18 topics with credit points to cover.I had difficulty with statistical methods and research analysis but my teacher Dr.Amrita Soni helped me through it with proper guidance.

Night Life

On campus of Amity we have canteen ,cafeteria, library, social hangout spots,Separate hostel wards for students opting for room allocation.The campus area is vast and many students takes leisurely walk around at night, playgrounds for football and cricket are open for students sport activity.

From sem 4 the students get eligible for the placements. No placements are there for Biotech. Only if you are engaged in lab projects, certification courses etc., you are eligible for industry level internships. highest AVG pkg - 2 LPA lowest avg - 1Lpa My plan after degree is to go for MBA and so I didnt got so much into this.

Placement Experience:

After taking admission in the college, the placement drive is started for the student immediately from the second semester. All the information about which is sent to the class wise group and if the student is eligible, you can apply immediately after seeing your experience. The experience is very beautiful. You learn new things. You also understand how the interview round is conducted and what the eligibility is. Most of the companies that come to the college include renowned companies like Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Deollite, etc., which hire students. The biggest package of Rs 7 crore per NM has been given so far from Sandeep University in the entire Nashik district.Which is a matter of great pride. Sandeep University is the only college where the largest job fair seminar in Maharashtra is attended. In which students from all over Maharashtra come and give live interviews to companies that have come to the college, give their region and announce hiring on the spot.Therefore, this college provides the greatest opportunity for students to meet all the renowned companies under one roof in one place. During the interview, the student's critical thinking skills and his/her inclination are shown rather than CGP and marks to determine whether he/she is eligible or not. In my experience, the college provides such strong education that at least four students are placed in companies every week. I am currently completing my graduation and will be starting my career immediately after that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first few hours of the computer science course are very difficult. You have to understand everything. It is beneficial if you solve the programs in it repeatedly.When a teacher explains something clearly, it will be easier for the student to understand, and it will be easier if the exam is taken at least 4 times a year.
