My experience about my second School

The course that I choose are mostly for accounting and auditing students. This course structure is well and good but the teaching system in our college is worse than I expected. I could hardly remember the concepts that they thaught to me and the applicability of the course subjects are far more outdated than the current syllabus. I wish they could atleast improve the method of teaching so that we could engage ourself with latest syllabus.

The placements in this college is quite low compared to other colleges as there is no proper training to attend the round in the placement. The placement process starts only after reaching 3rd year and there is no proper internship oppertunities so that the companies wouldn't select the students. The package of students depend on their own efforts to get placed in top companies and the packages rages from 120000 to 300000 per annum. The highest package was about 600000 per annum. So far total less than 70% of the students are getting placed and balance students are abandoned. My plan is to persue my goal to become a professional chartered accountant.

I am here to tell that , in my college my fees structure begins from Rs 35000 all the way up to Rs 60000 depending upon the course selected . They provide scholarship for the marks scored in 10th and 12th board examination, they are 25% for marks scored above 80% and 50% for marks scored above 90%.The fees also include stationery fees, examination fees, tution fees, and some other fees such as penality for non payment of fees within specific date and for some breakage. They also streesing us to join for verting add on courses which they are not implementing properly. Overall my view about my college is that they are over charging for every service they provide which they should give over free of cost.

The most events take place in the college are LYRA and some onam functions which is kind of bore . The club is for name sake and they didn't conduct any events or club activities so far. The sports and extra curricular activities are totally nothing and they don't encourage any sports event.

My choice of this college was due to the complesion of my parents due to the suggestion by one of my relative who has studied in the same college . I applied to various college such as PSG College of arts and science, Shri Krishna college of arts and science ect..., But due to my parents compeltion I forced to choose this college. The admission process of this college is to make students pay their part of the fees as a lock to the seat available for the course and the student could not make it return or swich over to other colleges. The elegibility to join this college is simply to pass the 12th board exams

To tell about the faculty differs from person to person and faculty to faculty. Some of the faculty members are good and they are perfect in their part of education the students but some faculties are favour to some group of students that they like and makes partiality among students, and they even target some students and satisfy their vengence and the examination they conduct are simply for name sake and they gave mark based on the behaviour and likeability of the students. And importantly there are not enough faculty to manage the students

The college iam studying is located in saravamampatti, Coimbatore which is quite a hotspot of the city. The ambients near the college is pretty good and the timing for the college starts from 9 am to 3.30 pm and the student are not allowed to exit the campus before the stipulated time period. The maintenance of classes are very poor and the food provided are totally unhygienic so that many students are quiting the hostel. There is not night life that I have experienced near my college but the night life could be more amazing. There is a mall situated near our college and there are many hang out sports
