Likes

The faculties are friendly to the students and they teach well.
This college has many numbers of festivals celebrated and there is every facilities provided to the students here like bus facility, library etc.
The cost of the study is comparatively less than the other colleges that surround it, i dont know about the scholarship but if you scored good marks in the 12th, then you may get a chance of a fee waiver.

Dislikes

There may be some admission delay occurs in sometimes
There are 2 cafeteria and their is only limited foods available
Due it's placement facility many students tends to join in this college so it may be crowded in some classes

My experience about my second School

Likes

They constantly maintain the surrounding of the college so clean and properly so that there is a good look to the college
The facilities available to the students are quite easily available around the college

Dislikes

There is no proper knowledge for most of the staffs as they are outdated in their expertise and knowledge about their feild
The placement oppertunities are for name for name sake and there is no 100% placement for students
Mainly their syllabus are totally outdated and ancient, so that the students couldn't know about the recent trends in the world

Placement Experience:

The placements in this college is quite low compared to other colleges as there is no proper training to attend the round in the placement. The placement process starts only after reaching 3rd year and there is no proper internship oppertunities so that the companies wouldn't select the students. The package of students depend on their own efforts to get placed in top companies and the packages rages from 120000 to 300000 per annum. The highest package was about 600000 per annum. So far total less than 70% of the students are getting placed and balance students are abandoned. My plan is to persue my goal to become a professional chartered accountant.

The teaching was good and the notes were given.
Our department faculties were quite friendly when compared to other department

Dislikes

Bunking of classes is not possible sometimes.

Placement Experience:

While joining they said that placement is 100% and the average package will be 2 lpa - 4 lpa and all the students get placed. But later not all the students get place only 60% of the students got placed.

The dedicated placement cell, experienced faculty, and well-organized training programs have played a significant role in ensuring that students are industry-ready. The mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and personality development sessions

Dislikes

But they way to improve in giving sports opportunity to all the students except the senior members

Placement Experience:

According to the college criteria to be eligible for placement is the student should take overall marks more than 60 percentage and has to complete the given extra course and want to submit the certificate of the course to the faculty

My Honest Review

Likes

The infrastructure is good. Labs are well maintained and buses are also well maintained.
Now the college has provided much freedom to bring phones and grow beards
Some staffs are lovely to have as teachers

Dislikes

The canteen food was worst, not at all good
The parking needs to have shade, bikes are always standing in Sunny
Teachers need to be much educated, most of the teachers can't speak English fluently

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course gives a solid foundation for Computer application and you get to introduce yourself to the World of Coding. This course really puts you in a place to get inside the world of IT. Exams happens at a reasonable level of frequency, not an issue at all. They need more trained staffs

Life at KGCAS

Likes

Good environment that provides peaceful atmosphere
Beautiful infrastructure. Excellent facilities and good guidance from staffs
Friendly staffs and many extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Little strict on terms of dress code, assignments

The placement of my college was good . There were 30+ companies and mostly they provides 100% placement for each academic year that was the great side of our college. The highest package was 8 LPA . Many top companies such as Wipro,CTS, Infosys and many more come placement to hire from our college

The infrastructure of the college is well maintained and modern
This college has many course divisions , so we choose according to our need
The faculties are well experienced and skilled

The structure of the college is good. There will be culturals festivals which brings out the students talent
The faculties are friendly to the students and they teach well.

There are many strict rules in the college campus
There are no sports to bring out the students sports talent
They should focus on the sports too, so that students can bring out their talent

Campus atmosphere and classes were neat and tidy
Faculty and were amazing and welcoming and helpful
Placement infrastructure were smooth and placement cell helped with preparation

Social activities were less and communication between departments are less

Highest Package: The highest package offered varies based on the company and role, generally ranging from ?3 to ?6 lakhs per annum.Profiles Offered: Students are hired for roles such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts. Upto 90 percent of students get placed

Infrastructure of kg college of arts and science

Likes

Campus structure is very near and tidy with a good environment and facilities
Excellent facilities are available with good teaching skills and the method of teaching are very great
The safety of students are very great everywhere there will be a watchman

Dislikes

It takes too time to serve the foods in canteen
It's compulsory for everyone to wear black or brown shoes with socks
The environment is free as well as too strict

It is excellent college! The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive, providing a great learning environment. The campus infrastructure is top-notch, with modern facilities and resources. ,
Kgcas campus had a good environment and there are good faculties to teach us and get us to qualified to better companies for the help of drive by our college.
The college environment is very pleasant . The campus is clean and neat . Happy with the facilities. Experienced and well trained staff. Students are also engaged with extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

There is no culturals and any other extra curricular activities.
There is no industrial visit and any other trip with our friends
very very strict college in coimbatore !!!!no mobilephones available!..more rules and regulations ....formals is more important..

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone.
