Course Curriculum Overview

4

It's the best course if u really wanna prepare for IT industry jobs and also for higher studies or research. It works for both of the world. You can choose your generic paper accordingly which provides PCM .it involves every subjects or more which are really required in your resume if you're aiming to sit for interviews . I think if the course focuses more on Machine learning and Artificial intelligence it would be better for students to get hired as the skills are hot in market. Exams are fine according to timing and difficulty level.

Fees and Financial Aid

As a general category student, I paid 35,000 for first year and then readmission fee 16,000 (Tution fee , caution fee , registration fee included ) for 2nd year. State scholarship is provided 10,000 per year which is 30,000 for 3 yrs.

Campus Life

5

There's one annual festival and one carol night which are held in around February and December respectively. The library is enough for the text books. Novels, magazines and daily newspapers along with books for competitive exams are provided by the library. There's a quite, comfortable reading space for students. College has cricket league and sports competition held every year. There're seminar club and art craft club etc in which student can join and work.

Admission

I applied in Ravenshaw university and Stewart College before I got into christ college. To be honest I chose the college as per my marks scored in 12th. Yes, I got rejected from Ravenshaw university as my mark was lower than the cut off. Admission process is smooth and offline and you've to pay the course fee then and there. If you're scoring above 73% then u are safe to get into Christ college I'd say.

Faculty

5

There are 5 facilities and one lab assistant in the computer science department. Faculties are so lovely and friendly. They are more than enough if you really wanna study. They will help you in every doubt 10 times if needed. I and my friends, we love our HOD Itishree ma'am, Prangya ma'am and Sharmila ma'am. There're 6 semesters in 3 yrs , the difficulty is medium or average , sometimes easy sometimes hard. I think course curriculum is very good as it starts from beginners level to higher.

Night Life

3

Hangout spot was the cafe infront of the college and the barabari stadium food court nearby. The locality is so safe to roam around. As a girl I couldn't experience more of night life for the 7pm curfew.
