Course Curriculum Overview
Cse curriculum is quite comprehensive in iimt. It includes both core subjects like dsa, dbms, and os and also include trending topics like python and web development. The collage adds extra training like coding sessions for improve skills . I will rate 8 out of 10 for the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
Yes we have been offered many intership role in CSE from different companies the visited the campus . Most of them where hiring for developer role, front end as well as backend role, also many companies were offering roles for data analyst trainee.
Placement Experience
Placement process itself was also a key factor in my decision. They teach you good coding and soft skills make it easier to have a good placement in or out of the campus but college also provide good placement opportunity.
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm 1st year cse student at iimt. The yearly fees of the college is around 1.35 lakh to 1.40 lakh it includes tution fees, book charges, and extra curriculum charges, but hostel and transport charges are extra. They also offer scholarship based on up government norms and academic performance.
Campus Life
My experience with campus life has been an enriching and multifaceted journey, blending social opportunities, club involvement, and the support provided by the campus infrastructure. Campus life offers an incredible variety of social experiences.
Hostel Facilities
We have good facilities in my hostel a good clean room with attach washroom and a balcony . Food is good and healthy. They provide us laundry and gym facility with charges included in the hostel fees. For sports provide good play grounds for volleyball, cricket, badminton etc.
Admission
My first preference was a government collage, but my rank wasn't enough so decide to take admission in private collage i shortlisted 3 to 4 collages and in last i choose iimt because it offered better placement support and practical learning in cse. The infrastructure and coding culture vfwlt more active here. It had better coding events, good placemets record and a dedicated T&P cell.
Faculty
Faculty members in cse department are experienced ,supportive and well qualified they are always ready for your help they teach according to AKTU guidelines and syllabus we have internals exams and external university exam. Marking is good in both theory and practicals
Interview Experience
Yes at the time of admissions we participated in gd in very first round followed by PI. The admission process was quite transparent and needed to filter good students from the pool of applications. And it was good.
Night Life
The nightlife around the iimt collage campus is often as diverse and likely as the students who inhabit it. Wheter it's the thrill of hitting the dance floor, exploring late night food spots. Last time punjabi singer parmish verma has show in iimt campus.
