Course Curriculum Overview

3

Based on the bangalore university curriculum they do teach well but this is not relevant when it comes to the job opportunities so the curriculum does not prepare us for the future jobs we have to figure that out and learn

Placement Experience

2

So we became eligible for placements during our fifth semester and the packages for BCOM range from two lakh per annum to four lakh per annum the opportunity for the job we are getting is not great its all sales telecalling and such

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for per semesters is 50000 you can also avail discounts based on merit there is also benefits based on the caste and income totally for three years it is 150000 this is for BCOM for pther courses it is lityle higher

Campus Life

3

I made great friends and met amazing professors it was not a stressful environment it was pretty chill the teachers were understanding the people were kind and the library thought not great but had some pretty good books

Admission

When it comes to education we can expect every college having a similar pattern this college is fine people are good faculties are kind and to be honest i joined because its close to my house so there us no other reasons

Faculty

5

We have amazing faculties always very supportive to our situation and very understanding there are very friendly they also are great teachers who has been a constant support whe it comes to education

Interview Experience

3

We didnt have any test or anything just had a interview with a professor along with my parents and then they guided us with the whole admissions process it was pretty simple and easy totally it took like two days

Night Life

3

There is gym and library apart from that nothing else there are affordable eating places near the college but not the onces with great ambience since it is a industrial area so usually we hangout in the basketball court or the canteen

Placement Experience:

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
