Course Curriculum Overview

I was very much interested studying the rules and know the Constitution of india . I think it is not easy as i was applied in other places also and i want to study the rules and regulations of the india because our india is slow in giving justice to the peoples. The subject is far beyond my imagenation as i have to study more about it

Class Size: 73Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

First semester exam fee was of 8000 and and after that registeration fee was of of 700 rupees and in 2nd semester 1200 rupees for admission and scholarship is also provided for students which helps students financially

Campus Life

The college performs college weeks and other activities for the all round development of students in our some of classrooms there are projector facilities. Sports facilities are also provided for the students library also has good books which highly impact on someone's life.

Admission

I have applied in other colles also but i didn't got seat and in this i came for admission in this college. I have talked to the student Union of other college but they said you will not get seat hear but i got admission in tinsukia college as spot admission and at the last date my friend gave money and got admission

Faculty

Our college faculty member is very good and helpfull our department faculty is very nice exams are average and more than 50% students clear the exams and curriculum is not too difficult and good according to the college working days

Night Life

Our college have gym also canteen and libary but i didn't go to the library . It also have a park known as golden park but the college have only girls hostel not boys hostel the time of girls Saturday and Sunday the place to hanout is the auditorium

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

Course Curriculum Overview:

Learning about different forms and genres of literature was what peaked my interest to choose this course. The works of various influential literature writers that are included in the curriculum are relevant but could be a bit overwhelming at first. The length of the curriculum sometimes put the professors in pressure to complete their assigned syllabus and skip a bit. And some who don't skip, are unable to complete their sullabus. The curriculum may be improved by reducing the some of the contents.

A Comprehensive Review of Tinsukia College

I applied for Darrang College (under Gauhati University), Tezpur too. As I wanted to go there, but the limited availability of PG and distance from my hometown let me to choose Tinsukia College (under Dibrugarh University). I didn't get rejected in any college. I got confirmed admission chances from both Tinsukia College and Darrang College. First of all the students need to register and apply for the college in Govt. of Assam's SAMARTH admission portal. After that the merit list is prepared and the students are required to personally visit the college to take final admission.
