- Best Hostel room , Good Lecture Theatre, Supporting faculties, near to beautiful hill station, Clean and greenery campus.
- Main Boys Hostel having 2 badminton court .
- Less power cuts , available mostly throughout the day.
Dislikes
- Road conditions are not good , need maintenance.
- Less CCTV surveillance for security , which makes it little bit concerning.
- Mess food is good enough but menu can be more versatile.
Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS course is only for passionate students because it requires lot of hardwork and dedication and I love to become doctor that's why I choose this profession. Curriculum is enough oriented to real world for dealing patient . Frequency is appropriate but difficulty level can be reduced.
Internships Opportunities
college itself offers internships of 365 days for MBBS students and with 12500 stipend . You have to complete it in your campus itself , there is no other option of transferring your internship to other localities.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is 30000 / year for General and 21000 /year for OBS /SC/ST. Hostel fees 6000 already included in college fees. Scholarships is also available for OBC, ST , SC Students yearly. Both central and state government provides scholarships.
Campus Life
There are two annual functions happen in college every year 1- Sphygmos , 2- Ambedkar Jayanti . Mostly all necessary books available in library but editions may be older . All classes are maintained with new technology. Crickets , Football , volleyball, Badminton these games are more prefer in this college.
Hostel Facilities
1 bed and mattress 1 table and chair 1 almirah 1 balcony Flouring with tiles 1 fan , tube light. Good quality of meal and menu . Easy process for applying for hostel . Except college you have to rent room or PG with good conditions and atmosphere atleast 6 km away from campus .
Admission
I had applied for KGMC , RML , LLRM and finally This college , My preference was less distance from my home that's why I choose this college over other college. Admissions process is simple, you have to clear NEET UG exam according to your category and the. Councilling process started and you have been allocated to college a/c to your rank and preference and then you have to take admission in that college with proper documentation.
Faculty
College faculty is good , Very much concerned about student , supportive faculty . Regular exams are taken for student regular assessments and overall growth. There is preplanned schedule given to students before starting of every session which includes exams dates , lectures, professional exam . Only less than 1 % students fails in final exam but clear it in supplementary exam .
Night Life
Gym facility is not present in campus , but you can join nearby gym facilities around campus . Cafeteria and library multiple options available. Campus is safe to roam inside campus , for outside you can visit Dehradun , Chandigarh, Mussoorie , Rishikesh etc
